The problem is not theme related because the slow loading happens before even the theme begins to load … so I don’t have what recommandations to give. One thing you can try is to disable the preloader, maybe the server doesn’t like it, from Appearance >> General >> Site preloader.

Hi, I wrote in a couple weeks ago and you replied that updates for bundled plugins (WPBakery and ACF) should be available under Appearance > Install Plugins. I checked there but these plugins are not shown. Now ACF has a security issue and is at 6.1.6 but I only have 6.1.3. Why doesn’t this update appear under Apperance > Install Plugins?

I’ve released a theme update a couple of days ago with the latest versions of the premium plugins included. After you update the theme, go to Appearance >> Install plugins and you’ll be able to update them from there.

You have to change the url with your own. For example: https://okthemes.com/villenoirdarkdemo/wines/?shop_style=style4 https://yoursite.com/wines/?shop_style=style4But you can change the shop style from the ThemeOptions, I’ve just created that option so you can see how all the styles are looking like.

Hello, I just bought the Villenoir theme and when I install the ACF Pro plugin I get a lot of errors on the page. I have read a bit about the problem but I can not solve the errors. If I deactivate the plugin the page works normally again. Could you tell me how to fix the functions of the ACF Pro plugin? I am using the latest version of wordpress and php 8.1

Hello,
Just go to Theme Options and click Save, that should do it. ACF implemented a check for when the theme options can be used and is giving issues to custom themes. But a simple save is enough.

Hi, I just updated my client’s site to version 5.8.6 of Villenoir. Were there supposed to be new versions of ACF and WPBakery bundled in? I believe if I understand correctly those plugins came bundled with the theme, is that correct? (Like, we should not have to buy additional licenses to update those?)

Yes, with the latest verion of the theme you also got the latest versions of the plugins. Go to Appearance >> Install plugins to update them.

When I go to Appearance >> Install plugins, there are some recommended ones listed there (all things we don’t need) but Advanced Custom Fields Pro 6.1.4 and WPBakery Page Builder 6.11 are not listed. Under plugins it says these two are in need of update though.

Hello, I cant add or change the instagram shortcode in the widget, i can’t seem to add a or make a new widget. There’s no guide in you documentation on how to add a new instagream feed if it has a new shortcode name. Your widget will only draw contact from the original feed “short code”.

You can create a new Instagram feed like you normaly would and just add the generated shortcode in a WPBakery text editor module on any page you want.
