Yes, I did so, but it still shows the search bar menu on both my home page (v6, which is not preferable) and the MLS listing page, I wanted to have different headers for both pages, but the home page and MLS are the same.

Always suggest clicking through all the option panels to familiarize yourself with everything available.

If you’re using a custom Elementor Header suggest adding your own CSS to hide the header search on the homepage, target the wrapper div, and use display: none

Hello, I have this Real Estate 7 WordPress theme a couple of years ago, I wanted to update some things on the site, but there were inconsistencies and the site fell, I preferred to do everything again, deleting the site and reinstalling wordpress and the theme from scratch, since I have it in the downloads section along with others. When executing the wizard, it asks me for the purchase code, and I rescued it from my Themeforest account, in Real State 7 download, but it gives me a message “expired on March 26, 2021”, I understood that only support expired, The code I have is b5eea6d7-fad5-4c49-83b5-284d0d995298
I don’t have the theme running on another website.
I hope I don’t have to pay again

Hi, since it wasn’t activated as a courtesy we’ve extended it a single day tomorrow the 25th so you can run the setup wizard. Keep in mind the support expired years ago back in 2017.

I have a problem with the correct loading of the map on a website that uses the listings on the map widget of your template. The map is embedded in a div with id sect2 and initially has a hidden class declared in css. The “BUTTON NAME” button makes div sect1 class hidden and the map section appears. Unfortunately, the map is not loading properly. It shows well only when we refresh the page when the div with the map is visible.
Using the Advanced Tabs widget, the map did not load at all on some resolutions and also on mobile, so I used a solution with changing classes for sections when pressing buttons.
Not only that, the map shows an incorrect number of ads (duplicates it). Please help.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. But I just mentioned that it didn’t work on 3rd party tabs. Currently only widgets from your template + simple shown/hidden script for divs are used. And it still doesn’t work correctly. How to fix that?
We can’t provide support when using tweaks or modifications in this case, hope you understand. Sounds like maybe you have some JS conflicts with our single listing detail tabs options or something else causing the problem.
Suggest deactivating any third party plugins one by one and doing some detective work using right click > inspect, and checking your console for red errors, then deducing from there.

When creating a page with elementor plugin, It shows taht i could not select any RE7 blocks, it shows that I need to upgrade, even though my RE7 version is licensed. how can I solve that?
Another thing is related to the menu design, Is there a way to make changes to the menu or change all of it (in terms of design), I am using element6 but I wanted a menu with dots, so when clicked, the menu shows up, and the logo must be in the middle for example.

I’ve puchased about 20 times this theme, but now have an error on one site that I’m not able to fix. Installed Loco translate (ok), increased size to download all translations strings (ok), made all translations and move the file from author location to personal (ok). The problem is that the single listing page doesn’t use the translated strings but the english version. Example: https://martinorealestate.it/annunci/via-giuseppe-verdi-24/ I’ve translated all strings “Map, features, get directions…” into italian but still see the english version.
Make sure you’re translating the theme and the active plugins most importantly Contempo Real Estate Core.

That particular string is part of the themes language file, it comes from includes > single-listing-map.php > line 52 https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu8l2Xd
Maybe its a caching issue with your server? Could be an issue with how you’ve configured Loco Translate? Maybe you’re translating the a different version of Italian and your General > Settings > Language is set to another?

hello, Is there a way to exclude statuses other than sold? My client’s software expert agent has “withdrawn and completed” which means something else but effectively means do not show the listing.
I need to be able to remove listings with these status’s. If not could a exclude custom status field be added alongside exclude sold in the elementor widget?

Simple fix, you’re trying to load the listings into a “blog” archive template for the homepage.
If you’d like to show listings on your homepage you’ll need to use the proper CT Listings Elementor modules.
