We have a long list of demos we plan to add in the theme. There will be a few new ones added in the next theme update. Usually every couple of updates new demos are added. Most likely the suggestion for a Viral demo is already on the to do list, it will certainly be added in future updates.

Is there option to show some specific articles in specific position in a block? For example i have a block which shows 5 articles from a specific category, i want in this block at 3rd place to show an specific article and in other positions to show automatically articles as default

The only way to manually pick the posts you want to display in a block is to enter the post IDs in this filter https://prnt.sc/L_dNiXYbn4Eo The posts will be displayed in the order in which you enter the IDs. Other than this there isn’t a way to use a dynamic filtering and also display a specific post in a specific module of a block.

Hi, I like the frontend of your theme but since you don’t provide demo access as a logged in user/admin, I cannot decide if this theme will suit my purpose. If I go ahead and buy this theme today and find that the logged in user/admin section suits my need then I will gladly use the theme but if I find that it does not suit my purpose in 48 hours, will you be able to refund the money? Is it possible to lock an article, but provide an teaser, so for example article is locked but 10 rows of the article are visible?

That is possible. There are partial lockers and section lockers in the Gutenberg editor https://prnt.sc/xby7s5QaT3TY So you can use those in the post content to allow parts of the post to be visible, and lock the needed content only. Please try them out.

The demos can be customized after installing them, so if you would like to replicate something from the Newsmag theme, it will most likely be possible. Is it possible for the listing and directory theme to have a google map feature? Like searching by area? map pin point location?
Can I filter also by distrance? e.g. listing within 5km?

There is a post form location finder element https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/ So by location it is possible to use a filter. But by distance I don’t think there is a way unfortunately. Maybe it could be done somehow, but I don’t have a solution or suggestion to provide at this time.

Our newsletter plugin is a simpler plugin, all the options if has are mentioned here https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ In case it does not have the options you require, the easiest solution would be to use a different plugin entirely. Integrating it with another plugin, or changing the way it works, may be difficult and will probably require a developer.
