Hi i have now purchased the theme, i cannot see an option to change the mobile header style from light -> dark (or vice versa) I can see that I can manually change the header logo and header background colour but this doesn’t work because the menu button is still black. do I have to amend code manually or am I missing an option?

The color of mobile header opener can be changed with some custom css. Please try adding custom css below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

Hi, I’m looking at buying this theme, however on the Elementor version, specifically on the fullscreen slider, there’s an unwanted margin at the bottom of the page. is this something that can be resolved before I purchase it?

I have been using the BoldLab theme and had deleted the unused pages from wordpress. Now that I need a few pages to be added to the theme and am trying to use the import option for the Boldlab Dashboard – Import page, it’s giving an error everytime and import not making progress beyond 0%. Can you guide how to import a new page into the theme for updation? Thanks

We usually recommend importing the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.

The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from the original demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server, e.g. XAMPP. Then install WP, Boldlab, plugins and import demo content to your local testing website and check how the pages have been built and what settings/elements have been applied.

Please note that most of the themes are not interchangeable as each theme has it’s own shortcodes, templates and options which may not be available with another theme.

Hello. I’m having serious problems with the pagination of a portfolio I get No posts were found for provided query parameters. for any page after the first one. This theme has not been updated in over a year. Many things have changed since then. My support period if finished and I frankly find unfair to charge when you haven’t made any update in over a year.

Hello Author, I am the developer NYC360 client who purchased your theme two days ago, and the same person who asked you about the sub-domain and licensing, the purchased tag shows on his account now under that thread.

Quick question for you, please take a look at this screenshot: https://app.screencast.com/qxqNSRuBoCeFH it’s the third time to run the demo using the WPBakery + ALL Content + All Attachments.

This is the third time to run it, first time it stopped at 22%, second time at 44% and now as you see in this screenshot it’s been at 52% for 30 mins. Is this normal?

The server specs are good enough to run anything yet we are using PHP 7.4XXX for a reason which is needed by another application running by the same client. Please let me know.

Please note that we haven’t tested the theme with PHP 8.1 yet so we do recommend using PHP 8 or PHP 7.4 for now.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Reminder: I reverted the PHP back to 7.4 and again, it’s not the PHP Version, in fact I have tested your product all day long yesterday and it works fine with PHP 8.1.

Hello, I am interested in your theme and I have a pre-sale question please. I have a main website let’s say it’s called XYZ.COM it’s the main corporation which offers 4 services and the 4 services will be on a sub-domains for example: service1.xyz.com, service2.xyz.com… etc

Do I require to purchase a license for each sub-domain including the main one? or I can use the same license as a multi-site?

When it comes to multisite and subdomains, we can add a certain number of related subdomains with your main domain, but please note that only subdomains with related content. So it the case you described this can be done.

I am writing to you as website developer. One of my clients use your theme and they receive this error message at php 7.4 (if we use the WordPress debud option):

Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in /home/artsillu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/boldlab-core/inc/core-dashboard/sub-pages/import/import.php on line 271

Unfortunetely,as they setup higher php version, 8 or 8.1, than it result fatal error on the website.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Really need to update this theme guys. We’ve bought several themes from Edge / Qode over the years and love the work. Although BOLDLAB is a 2019 release it would work great for a site were building for a client, but were very hesitant to buy because of the lack of proper updates. An $85 theme should have regular updates, especially on a theme thats 3 years old and still priced that way. Too many comments about broken CSS on install, etc.. Help us out here guys.

We want a refund, period. The theme needs to be updated. You’ve wasted our time, AND OUR MONEY. It’s obvious you people don’t care about your customers! I tried to be polite about it in requesting a simple refund after you lied to us, then you insult us by sending senseless bot emails, and replies? The theme s NOT updated, and FULL of errors! Check your comment thread since you seem to want to ignore the FACTS. After 7 years, we’re DONE with Qode Interactive, and EDGE themes. Send the refund or we’ll come after it the legal way.
