individual posts pages seem to be making multiple admin-ajax requests per load. These are posts with layouts designed in the content templates area.. could this be the reason for all the ajax calls?

I have a pre-sales question. Is there a way to add product comparison functionality, where customers can select products to compare? Specifically, I’d like to add this functionality to archive / category pages that show all products in a category. If the theme doesn’t have this functionality, can you recommend a third-party plugin that would work well with Impreza? See screenshot for an example.

Impreza doesn’t provide the feature of comparing products, and we didn’t test any third-party plugins with this functionality. Thus, unfortunately, I can’t recommend anything specific.

In the settings you are talking about, there is no 9:16 option to choose from. There are many other aspect ratio options but this one is not.

It is possible to show relevant categories and sub-categories via the Grid/Listing element and Carousel. I’m not sure what you’re referring to as infinite scroll, but you can set up the Grid/Listing element to keep loading new items/images at the bottom as you scroll down the page.

But now it’s a thousand times more fun to work with Impreza! Thank you for your great work! I still have one small question: When placing the client carousel, the back and forward arrows are not visible. Do you have any idea what this could be? I have created three quotes/clients. Since only one quote is displayed, the arrows should be visible.

Generally, I can recommend using stock image sites that provide free access to their images. For example, Unsplash and similar services.

We have found an issue with the latest update 8.14. If you create a new page with a grid element and try to publish it, it throughs a fatal error. It only happens when “post” is the source of the grid element. With any other custom post type it works fine.

I recently updated the theme to the lates version and noticed that some pages now don’t appear to visitors unless they are logged in. It shows 401 miss page error. The pages are there as I can see them when I’m logged in. Tried to find a solution but nothing helped, which is why I am turning to you for help. I have purchased two licenses for this theme and have been using it since 2018. Any advice will be helpful, please.

Hi, thanks for reply. I did all that but the problem is still there, 404 error page. When I change to a different theme the pages are visible and work. That makes me think it’s something to do with the update of the theme. I have an old version of the website as a staging site with an older version of the theme and everything works there. Can you help, please, I cannot open a ticket in the Support Portal because the support has expired.

I tested but demo import is not working in test. It asks activate theme, I tried to activate theme in your test environment but it does not. I have one query=> Can we import only theme without content? Because my site is live then I can use my own categories for home page. Or I can change categories after importing and delete rest of demo content?

When you use the Demo Import, there are checkboxes to specify which part of the demo site you want to import. You can choose to import templates, pages, posts, theme options, and products separately if needed.
