Hello, I have a problem with the course page. The page title shows this code ”< span class=”qodef-m-title-inner-holder” > La llamada < /span > < span class=”qodef-price” > $08.00 < /span >” instead of showing simply the title of the course and the price. On the other hand, it doesn’t show the instructor, only the category and review.

hi – can the events and course be connected to woocommerce? Ie: can the site sell tickets to events and ‘seats’ or memberships to courses? Thanks!

The process of purchasing courses goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose. You can register/login here and test how the User Dashboard would look like to users.

You can add tickets for events as WooCommerce products and then add links on single event pages to these tickets.

I can’t seem to change the menu on the single product page. I don’t want those icons. I have been trying to reach you unsuccessfully.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.

Hi!

I have 3 questions.

- The image headers are not smoothly going from one image to the other, is this fixable so its smooth?

- The custom cursor, can it be deactivated? I dont see the option for that because Im guessing this also slows down the site.

- Lastly, what fonts are being used in the theme? I went to settings but the only thing I can see is Default. I would need the font names of both fonts.

Hello, i have been trying to import demo content for two days and it is not working. I have changed PHP parameters and everything is correct, but the demo doesn’t import… Is there another way to import demo content?

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish, you can try importing via XML import.

i mean how the user can buy i course, i can’t find buy on the Single Course here, even when i logged in

Hello. When I installed your theme, I see Log in with Google and Facebook buttons. How can I make it clickable? I installed Nextend Social Login plugin and I need to add this code at the Google button: echo do_shortcode(‘[nextend_social_login]’);

My mobile header has white background. How can I make it transparent?

Unfortunately this is not something which can be achieved. There is no separate option to upload mobile logo – light. The one uploaded in logo options will be used as a mobile logo throughout the site.

How isn’t possible? I see what I want on desktop version. I just want same on mobile version.

Desktop header and mobile header are two different sections and they have separate options. Options set for mobile header are global and will be applied throughout the site.

Hello. I updated the theme but there are some problems with the login/registration system. Nothing appears when users enter the password incorrectly. Why did you remove the “Your password is incorrect” message?

Have you also updated included plugins? After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins so please check if these plugins are also updated.

I did the one click import well, but it didnt work with revolution slider, “the message was: not found” I want to try the XML import option but the the theme doesnt provide those files.

Can you help me to know if the files are in the ZIP file I download or in documentation?

I bought this theme last year. Video works when I add a youtube link to the lesson, but it doesn’t work when I add a vimeo link. My support for this item has expired. I don’t want technical support. But you need to solve this problem in theme. I can’t use the theme because of that.

I have changed the php version to both 8.0 and 7.4. The problem unfortunately remained! It still appears the same widget error message!

Please solve this problem quite fast, because my customer (and thus unfortunately also I) is under time pressure.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content from scratch. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.
