Hi guys, please help me in this matter. I move avada from my domain to subdomain and now when I want to enter purchase code it says “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” This is my only domain, I just created subdomain on same domain and now I cant register site. WHat do I do now? Thanks in advance!

Just updated the theme, then updated the two plugins that are required to “work” and now my site is broken. Here is the last thing I could read on my site. Please help

It could be that the plugin(s) are not being updated in the right order, can you please do the following.

1. Please go to Avada > Plugins & Add Ons page.
2. Please Update Avada Core first
3. Then Update Avada Builder after that.

If the issue still persists, please remove your older versions of plugin(s) from Appearance > Plugin(s) tab and then try to install both in same order going with Avada Core first and then Avada Builder.

In any case you can always open a support ticket and our team will check this further for you.

Hi, I want know after I purchase the theme, how can I build my website locally or on dev server before using production server and my domain? I’m building a website for my customer, they have not decided which domain to buy and we are still choosing the server location, but we want to start building the website now. From the vedios I watch, it seems like if I use my purchase code on my dev server, then I can no longer use it on the actual production server.

You can definitely use your purchase code on a dev/staging installation e.g. on a localhost. Once you’re ready to move the site to the final domain, you will be able to register your copy of Avada with the same purchase code. One limitation is that Avada can be used only one a single production install. For additional live/production sites, additional licenses need to be purchased.

Avada is a one time purchase good for use on a single website. You get free updates for life. You can use Avada on one site by using it on any good WordPress hosting (you’d need to buy your WordPress hosting). Avada also comes with ~90 premade demos/sites so you can import any of those and build from there.

I can see our team has already replied to your queries in both of your new tickets.

Our response time is usually between 12-24 hours on weekdays so if you’ve made follow up replies or new tickets, they will be addressed as soon as possible in that timeframe.

Thank you for answering, I understand, but I think that not all the tickets were answered. That’s why I need to be able to see my tickets so I can check if I submitted or not. In other cases, I get answers that don’t seem to be related to my request, and I want to check if I asked the question correctly.

Under events, for the option “Add to Calendar” the dropdown items don’t fully show? how do i fix this? i see on the demo there are related events on there. Mine for some reason does not show “related events” so the calendar button is not functioning properly. please advise

How to de register purchase code for current added domain name ?

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

The latest Avada 7.9.2 version has no such security issues and is fully secure.

There can be several reasons for new updates not showing on your installation. Perhaps the theme is not registered on the installation or there is a connection issue between your server and our updates server.

Hello, I am trying to register the theme on new site but it is linked to another site. I don’t remember the site nor my avada account. I tried creating a new account on theme-fusion.com and tried to register my key and it says “Purchase code is already in use.”

Hi, First, congratulations for your theme. It’s really great in many ways. But since today, i got an issue with my back end editor. This one doesn’t want to show anymore when i’m trying to edit page. Could you plz help me to resolve that? It seems that this issue came after updating a page and since then nothing happens when i try to show the back end editor in every page..

Hello. I have purchased 8 licenses and am using 5 of them. I went to your website/support center and it shows the licenses that are currently registered (only five of them). I tried to use one of the unregistered ones for a new site, but when I try to register it, it says that it is already being used on another site. I have no idea how to determine how it is being used on another site if it is not listed on your Registered Purchase Codes page.

I tried to open a ticket on your site but it suggests that I extend my support. I don’t need support. Just to be able to register my licenses.

Hi there. Anyone dealing with errors associated with simplexml_load_string? Do a Google search using “simplexml_load_string /Avada/includes/lib/inc/class-fusion-images.php on line 1661”. I see 100s of Avada sites dealing with it, but nowhere on the web with information about the issue. If anyone knows anything please let me know.

Hi, used my purchase code on a local environment but then moved the site to a domain. I no longer have access to the local environment and forgot to deactivate the product. Could i get help to deactivate my purchase code so i can activate it on my domain.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by completely hide, the domain can still be accessed but yes in terms of content you can use our rendering options to create a page specific for desktops which will look like a maintenance page with no menu so user will not be able to access it at all, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.

Hello Which part should I implement to add customer comments and opinions on the landing page (page) in Avada’s page builder? Basically, my question is, on the tab page, I want the comments at the bottom of the page to be open for commenting. is it possible?
