Hi,

I am a freelancer and creating a website for my client who purchased your theme Avada. But this theme giving issue with RankMath and Yoast SEO plugin, and the error is they giving wrong information of total word count.

I spoke with RankMath and Yoast SEO Team and they said that it is a very common problem raise by Avada Theme users.

Is it true ?

We have support for the Rank Math / Yoast content analysis but if you’re referring to their Content AI analysis for Rank Math, that is not yet support. It is on our to-do list though for a future update but we do not have a time frame for when it’ll be added.

How can I disable the hover effect in the content boxes. It shouldn’t change color, just stay that way when I mouse over it.

Hi,

You can add a hover effect in the parent Column’s settings for this. The Column has also has a link URL feature if you need to link the content boxes somewhere as a whole. That’ll take away all hover/click events on inner elements like the content box there.

Avada can be used to create a site where you can sell products. However to allow users to create a profile and allow users to sell products, you will need an additional plugin or custom code

Hi, Version 7.10 has lots of bugs, i.e font files missing in admin for iconmoon, had to create a folder to put it correctly to work, things missing such as hover options, and other bugs which i cant for the life of me think of, this is not the avada standard im used to. Just as well i kept a copy of 7.9 i will be rolling back.

There is no issue with the icomoon files missing, hover options are not missing, we suggest you to please read our changelog as there is a UI change for hover feature, there are no bugs in 7.10 release so please double check that your update was properly done, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you further.

So, I have tried to use CONTACT PLUGIN in this theme. It will not send an email to the email I have entered. I do not want to use the theme integrated email system. Why is the CONTACT plugin not working? I have searched the FAQ section on your support site and I can’t find any info on it. Can you please help me. I have written in the FAQ section and not received any help yet. Thanks.

Trying to figure out the ACF Pro links and to use them with the content box. I can get the box to display the link, but it doesn’t return a clickable link. Any assistance would be fantastic.

I read a tutorial on how to unregister a purchase code but the website that was registered has been deleted. now I want to reinstall it on another website, how do I want to use the code. Where can I find it

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

To find your purchase code to register on the new installation/domain:
a) Access the downloads section of your ThemeForest account, https://themeforest.net/downloads

c) Each single purchase of Avada will have its own respective purchase code. One purchase code can be used to register a single Avada install.

Hi,

I just want to ask, is there a way to use the my code on two stagin site?

I have purchased a code for developing a site for my customer. Then I find out I can only use the code on one stagin site.

My situation is I’m working remotely with my customer, and we’re in defferent country. I have to deploy a staing site near my customer’s location for them to preview so that we can discus the designs and contents easier. But because the staing site is hosted afar from where I live, it’s quite slow for me develop on it, thus I need a local staging site.

Then when I set up my local site and register my code. It shows me my code is used on another staging site.

Is there any way to work around this limitation? If not posible, is it ok for me to unregister my code in one staging site then register it in the other staging site back and forth multiple times?

I’m afraid a purchase code can be registered only on a single Staging site at a time (in addition to being used on one live/production installation).

I’d advise against register/deregistering multiple times as that’ll get the purchase code flagged.

If you do need to run Avada on multiple staging/development installs, you could purchase an additional license that you can the re-use on a future project.

Avada is a one time purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.

One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on second website than an additional license is required.

How can I roll back to the previous Avada version? The update 7.10 conflicts with other plugins and causes a fatal error.

Avada is built on WP standards, however we have not officially tested this with the specific 3rd party plugin so can not provide a response regarding that, we suggest you to get in touch with the plugin author(s) further about the compatibility.

With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2

Hi. My website is still on a old version of PHP (7.2.34) and I must upgrade. Please tell me which version of PHP should I choose in order to be compatible with Avada? Thank you.

If you’re on the latest Avada 7.10 version, you can update to PHP 8.0 – 8.2 as Avada is compatible with those.

For a bit older version of Avada, you can update to PHP 7.4 but we do recommend updating Avada / PHP to newer versions.

Sorry, found a bug in 7.10! When editing a menu in the custom header layout, you no longer have the choice of changing the hover colour of the text. I’ve checked and the setting is 100% there in 7.9.2 but it’s not there in 7.10

A customer of mine wants me to move website to my server. Website is running with Avada 3.6.2 (old!!). Ik think it wasn’t neccesary to register in that time. Can I upgrade to latest version (whitout loosing design and content) when I buy a new licence?

[Wordpress 6.2 Update] Hello, can I update wordpress 6.2, is it safe to update? I have the latest version of avada 7.10, has the update of avada 7.10 already been tested on the new wordpress version 6.2 without any problem? Or do you need to wait a few days?
