I’ve done that but it shows a lot on the front end in English 1- How do I translate and change that

2. Unfortunately, the profile page is built in code, so you can’t edit it.
3. You can use the Learnpress – Content drip add-on to do this.

Hello, For us is important custumer when registered to website to add and phone number. Now custumer registered with pop up and add only email and pasword. We need do collect ot phone numbers too. Unfortunately, we do not have this function. However, you can divide the lesson into several parts, each part is a separate lesson, and use the content drip plugin to lock the following sections, open only the first part, set the quiz completion condition to open the next sections.
