Hi, one license is valid for one live website. If you plan to run two live websites, you would need two licenses.

Hi, on my last update of the Gem theme elements v 5.7.2, I got an error on my web Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ’/home/maiclub/public_html/wp-content/themes/thegem-elementor/inc/pagespeed/lazy-items.class.php’ (include_path=’.’) in /home/maiclub/public_html/wp-content/themes/thegem-elementor/inc/pagespeed/pagespeed.class.php on line 3
i can see in ftp that the file pagespeed.class.php is constantly deleted by wordpress or the server

Hi there, it seems to me that in the latest version of The Gem (Elementor) custom attributes are “broken”? Any custom attribute added to a link (i.E. via the link options -> see https://i.imgur.com/iTlGFwo.png ) won’t be shown on the frontend ever. It doesn’t matter if I’m using the extended settings of an elementor element or the link options to ste e.g. id|test. The issue is, that with the current The Gem theme you cannot use Google Tag Manager to track button clicks, because links cannot be tagged with unique id’s/classes. Only the surrounding container can get a class/id via the regular advanced elementor settings, but these cannot be tracked properly with GTM so we need to be able to attach an id/class to the tag which is usually possible via custom attributes. Would you mind looking into this?

Unfortunately I would have to renew support only for this issue and I can’t afford this at the moment. However, I have two the Gem licenses and I just tested it on a fresh WP installation, no plugins except The Gem’s essentials and Elementor Pro. Custom attributes assigned to elements via link options in elementor do not work as soon as I activate The Gem theme. It works perfectly fine the very moment I deactivate The Gem, e.g. with Hello theme. I am certain the devs might want to look into this despite my non-renewed support

Adding to this: I just tried using the regular elementor “button” element. If you set a custom attribute such as “id|test” via link options (see screenshot above) it will show fine in the frontend. If you do the same with the The Gem “button” element (or any! other The Gem element) there won’t be any id shown in the frontend.

First I want to let you know that it’s a great theme overall.
However, it appears that there’s a ‘bug’ in your plugin “TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor)”. It blocks the Elementor custom breakpoints feature! So, with this plugin activated, the Elementor responsive feature, where you can set many more custom breakpoints (very import feature), isn’t there anymore. With this plugin deactivated, the feature is working.
Can you please fix this? I need this important feature for a client’s website right now.

There is a bug in Elementor, not in TheGem, please check: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/19394 It is still in processing by Elementor team, so we are awaiting any solution for this issue in order to restore this feature, otherwise there are following problems: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/19394 Kindly note: Elementor’s custom breakpoints is still marked an experimental feature in Elementor itself. I could not use the purchase code to install the theme. The theme’s support has expired, however i believe I can still use the purchase code to install the theme. In my case here, it says ‘This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code..’ I deregistered because I was doing some testing and needed to deregister before i can redo everything.
