1. You can change that contact info from Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widget and edit the contact widget from there as per your requirements.

OK got it, I will say your customer service and follow up is superb, but some f the places you put things in order to edit them is unconventional. Additionally, the way you have widgets set up in the dashboard is not a common way for WordPress widgets and it has a few bugs. Thank you for your video because it did in fact point out exactly where I did go but the bug in that is that that accordion style way of opening the widget footer 1 does not open all the time when you hover. I wish I could post some screenshots, but that’s ok, your video was helpful as was your explanation. Just as an opinion only, when you open pages in WP Bakery and you’re able to edit that footer block where the subscription newsletter is and others, you did not make it so you can hover the CONTACT info box to change that info there in the front end wp bakery, if you had done that it would be much more sensible and easier to find. Anyway, God bless and thank you. Your theme itself is very good nd very inclusive, just the places and ways to edit are a little unconventional.

That accordion style is not our theme style but it’s the latest WordPress default style, and if you want to change it you should have to use the WordPress Classic Widget plugin provided by WordPress as I showed in the video above.
If you wish to edit that Contact info via page builder, then you have to create that contact info via page builder instead of Widget.

I loved your theme, but with the recent updates my website broke and everything is very confusing now. I have bought 3 licences for 3 different projects, i loved it so far.. but after the “soft editing” update all went to hell.

Yes it is safe but we suggest you to please take the complete backup of your site before update to avoid any inconveniance.
If you want to update the theme on your current site, then follow the steps listed below:
1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
Hope this will help you in resolving your issue.
I tried to update this theme after a client passed away and I was going to just use it on my own domain, but these people go so far out of their way to block you from registering like they think people are going o steal their $50 theme. IW OULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS THEME. HORRIBLE to register. You cant use it unless you register it and you always get some error messages about server down. Screw off.

I see, please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well. I also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Latest theme update (Version: 6.8.1) causes issue for Editor user when updating posts and pages – the page does not refresh – instead gives blank page and URL changes to: /wp-admin/post.php
The post or page is updated OK but the editor is left looking at a blank page … hope you replicate and fix this ASAP.
Administrator user does not have this issue – not related to other plugins.
I think it is caused by this update adding “Porto AI” – maybe if you allowed us to disable this it would solve our immediate issue ..?

Yes, it is possible to use wc_get_template() function inside WP Bakery builder to display WooCommerce templates.
wc_get_template() function is used to get the template files for displaying WooCommerce content, and it can be used anywhere in your theme or plugin.
To use it in WP Bakery builder, you can create a custom shortcode using the add_shortcode function and then call the wc_get_template function inside the callback function for the shortcode. For example:
