There is a problem with JegAI Assistant after the new Word Press 6.2 update. The wizard popup disappears after choosing the content type. It just doesn’t load anymore, so it’s not possible to create content with this feature.

why the Subscription not support Woocommerce’s payment methods?
you said “Previously paywall only support PayPal and Stripe, but since it has been integrated with WooCommerce Subscription, all payment option provided by woocommerce is a valid payment method to purchase paywall product.”
but now Woocommerce’s payment methods do not display. why?
I find that “JNews Post Unlock” can use Woocommerce’s payment methods, and “JNews Post Subscribe” can’t. This setup is so puzzling. Please fix it.

and i am having an issue here like many other users, When a new user registers they get a link in their email to setup their password. Unfortunately, it takes them to the Wordpress password page. wp-login. Why can’t they just put in a password when registering their account. I dont want them to go to the Wordpress login page. And there is no option for sending email verification links?

Does WooCommerce Subscriptions support all payment methods? or only PayPal too?

I just bought your theme, JNews, about a week ago but I ran into three major problems setting up the theme – I am using the WP Bakery Visual Composer.
1. Speed
I follow the instructions on this page: https://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/page-speed-optimization/ – to speed up my site but it got worst.
Though, I could not set up the number 5 item which says “Enable Compression” – can you please tell me where to insert the code?

Also, another issue setting up Image Optimization (6. Optimize Images). I don’t like the SmuchIt plugin, it’s laggy and I have too many plugins from JNews already. Please, where do I insert the code?

I was able to set up number 7 which says “Leverage Browser Caching”. I added the code on my .htaccess immediately after the End WordPress code. If you suggest another placement, please specify.
You can see how bad my site is after analysing with Google Page Speed. Before, everything used to be green.

2. Autoptimize and WP Super Cache plugins broke my site – I assume it is the Autoptimize plugin.
I keep having the warning of a large cache file and truly when I check, I have about 10GB cache file within hours – when I clear the cache, it keeps coming back and overloading my server. I could not access my site, I had to use the backend to deactivate the plugins, and then it came back up.
Please, how do I solve this issue permanently – as I have deactivated both plugins. If there is another good plugin (that support AMP), please let me know how to set it up.
3. Ads are not responsive
Google ads are not responsive even when I chose the Auto ad format for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. Please, how do I make it responsive? Also, I have issues setting up the Overlay, Vignette ads – I don’t understand the code to Adsense code to use.
Finally, can you suggest the best plugins I should activate that will help me run a fast and aesthetic news website? I mean from your plugin directory.

The problem is the main theme plugin, once in activated the hosting stops working, so there is no way to maintain the website online. We decided to buy another theme that works well, and it is online on our website.
We paid to extend the Jnews theme support, but we did not receive it on time. So we need a refund of that support.

Thank you all for creating the JNews and other themes and plugins but there is one thing I don’t like about your support -
1. Your support through Forum questions is bad. Why will one post on a Forum when you have made a premium purchase? At least, I should be given a preference.
2. End the Forum support and initial the one-on-one topic/ticket creation. Because I have created a topic and I can’t even find it when I log into my account. This is a poor method of support.
If I’d known your support is through forum thread, I wouldn’t have purchased this theme – and God knows, I won’t be renewing my licence.

it is normal for authors on ThemeForest to provide support from their own platform, you can check the other themes on ThemeForest they also provide support from their own platform.
The item support needs to be done this way because we can only provide support to the user that has a support license. By doing support on our own platform, we can ensure that only people who have a support license are entitled to receive support and provide fairness to them.

That is why I suggested that you create a platform that allows one to submit tickets on their dashboard, rather than posting a thread in a Forum where you can’t find your post. That is what I have for all the themes, plugins I have purchased. This is the first time I am seeing valid license owners posting in Forums like those without licenses.

we have two types of related posts Inline Related Posts and Related Posts Elements.
Enabling Jnews Inline Related Posts will append the related post inside the body of the post

3. at this time JNews elements only available for elementor and wp bakery.
4. using caching plugin will help to improve the score on google web vital and using free caching plugin already very helpful so we don’t think there will be a problem using caching plugin, in the JNews dashboard there’s a recommendation free caching plugin to use.
5. JNews theme have several features that can help you with SEO for example JNews json ld and JNews meta header.
6. there are so many wordpress plugins have been released and it keep growing, it is impossible to test every plugin in our theme so we can’t say which plugins does not compatible, but most of popular plugins is compatible with our theme.

Thank you for your swift reply. I don’t really like Elementor or WP Bakery. There inject codes which break down sites, especially AMP versions of sites. I wish one can do without them. Please in your next update, try and include how to set up the homepage and other landing pages without page builders. I have used a lot of themes like that, and there is not coding conflict.

actually you don’t need special server to host the podcast to host JNews podcast.
The podcast file saved in the server just like other audio file, video file or image saved on the Wordpress site, but of course the server with higher specification will help to get the request to the server done faster not only for the podcast but all the request.
unfortunately we haven’t tested the web hosting on the link that you provide above, if you think your current server is not fast enough may be you can try to upgrade the server for the higher plan that your hosting provide.
