Hi, as with other comments, styling being reset after latest update, strangely there is a variance between results on a staging site, it is ok, live site displaying issue, may indicate it is something to do with database update? Sorry for posting here, it is a client site so currently waiting for them to send on code to log with your support.

Hello! After the most recent update, my menu items have changed colour in my header. I fixed with CSS but for some reason, parent menu items that are linked as ”#” are displaying as ‘active’ with underline, even though they’re not part of the home page.

Hi. I plan to purchase The7 very soon. I just want to make sure that i’m still able to use the theme/template from https://the7.io/sales-page/ because this template is not available in your current demo templates.
Also, the sales-page template doesn’t appear to have a horizontal menu with anchor points to specific sections on the page. Just making sure I can turn that on in the backend to show it, right? (e.g see seven snack template with the horizontal menu)

You need to address to this Image widget settings on mobiles. It’s width is limited to 80px on mobiles. That’s why it’s so small.

Hello, a question about the “smooth scrolling anchor links”. Works fine in the microsite, but is there a way to remove the anchor links (/#!/anchorname) from the URL? If this is possible, I would buy the extend support, so just tell me if this is possible at all.

Hello! An ordinary anchor #anchorname (without the ”!/”) can be used in Elementor header templates. I am afraid it is not possible to completely remove the anchor.

this theme sucks… 
I am getting 500 internal server error intermittently, in addition to some Ngnix Error… all of sudden i get 404 for a page and next refresh it fix itself my client is so unhappy. i tried switching cache plugins hosting servers with no luck. everything is green as per theme system status.
to be specific nginx/1.23.2 error

Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).
The7 anchor links and floating menu not working together. The floating header cover the start position of the anchor link. Is there any settings for the offset?

I bought the theme more than 3 years ago, with the confidence that it will work and be updated in accordance with the rules of Envato market. And you are simply violating the rules of Envato market by not allowing the theme to be updated!

As with version 3.11.6, all of the previous versions of the Elementor plugins are affected from a broken access in WooCommerce (info: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/hackers-exploit-bug-in-elementor-pro-wordpress-plugin-with-11m-installs/). We also got a notice via our WP installation. Is there a fix for The7 outside? And furthermore, because we neither need Elementor nor WooCommerce, is there a possibility to delete those modules/plugins from The7? Btw. we’ve updated The7 up to the latest version today.
Hello! Its necessary to simply update Elementor Pro or Pro Elements. There is nothing to fix in The7 theme itself.
If you don’t need Elementor & WooCommerce, this is a great idea to remove them: you’ll speed up your website this way

If you don’t use these plugins, you can simply remove them in Dashboard -> Plugins. No additional steps are required.
