Hi there. I have a customer who wants this theme, but i cannot recommend it as long as there is no PHP 8.1 compatibility. The reason is that our hoster charges for PHP versions below an extra fee. Is there an ETA fo the next update with PHP 8.1.? Thank you in advance!

a few presale questions. First of all: is this theme PHP8.1/8.2 compatible? Is it possible to turn off the custom mouse pointer? I like the asymmetric portfolio – does your theme also support asymmetric galleries?

We haven’t added the compatibility for PHP 8.1 and 8.2 yet, so please use lower versions of PHP. As for the custom cursor, yes it can be disabled.
Regarding galleries, maybe you can try to achieve something similar with the Masonry gallery. Check the following article for more.

wanted to use the theme but it says Code is already registered for other domain while that’s not true, I used the theme on another domain like two or three years ago and I don’t use it since that time. while my support has expired didn’t know what to do, any help?

We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hello! Pre-sales question. When I play a video on my mobile device from this demo page “https://manon.qodeinteractive.com/portfolio-item/separate-ways/” the video shows up very small on the screen. There are options to pop the video out or play it larger in the screen, but is there a way to do one of these by default? The smaller video Lightbox is not an ideal solution. Have a lot of video work in my portfolio, hence why I’m asking. Thanks so much! Wonderful theme. 
Or perhaps it’s possible to do embeds instead of lightbox playback?

Thank you for a wonderful theme!!! I just purchased this theme and so far I have one obstacle. I am using the “Interactive Links” page as my home page and portfolio, but The image seems to disappear in mobile responsive mode. When I turn my phone on a landscape axis, the image still does not show. With tablet it is the same thing but once I turn the website on a landscape axis the image appears. I understand standard responsive adaptation, but is there a way to have the images show via mobile landscape? PLEASE HELP
