The single section background image can hardly be made responsive since it needs to stretch over entire surface of the section (horizontally and vertically) both on desktop and mobile phones.

They have a different aspect ratio and unless the focal point of the image is in the canter, it is hard to achieve perfect layout in all cases with the single image.

On the other hand, you can set different background images for different device resolutions, and thus choose a portrait oriented image if the user visits the site with mobile phone. This resolves the problem entirely. We simply haven’t set an alternative image for mobile devices on our demo and thus the impression that you have.

Yes, the theme is compatible with all major sliders in the market – you can place their shortcodes within Bold Page Builder page structure.

This is strange as function bt_bb_get_svg_icons_param_array is the function defined in the functions.php of the theme (line 477)

If you have recently manually updated the theme, it seems that not all the files have been uploaded successfully (in this case functions.php).

Please try re uploading the latest version of the theme.

Judging from the report you have referenced, there are few more thing that can be done to improve both your mobile and desktop score:

1. Remove animations from the above the fold sections – that should improve Paint time

2. Defer load all minified css and js resources – consult your cache plugin documentation on how to do that

3. Improve your initial response time – consult your hosting on what can be done in that regards, almost 2 seconds is fairly high.

4. Utilize efficient cache policy – consult your hosting and cache documentation on how to utilize browser caching for .woff fonts especially – they are not cached on browser side at all currently.

5. Instead of jpg and png images use WebP and AVIF formats

We can see that you have some kind of custom theme for your wp-admin. Judging from the space in the screenshots and the delete buttons to the right, the options are there, but they are invisible for some reason. Perhaps because of the custom css for wp-admin

Can you please try to revert to the default wp-admin theme and see if the issue persists?

Among others, our themes use Font Awesome 5 Brands set – https://fortawesome.com/sets/font-awesome-5-brands and unfortunately, it does not feature TikTok icon at the moment. As soon as the update for the set appears we will include it in the package.

No, it is not possible to add links in the Custom Footer Text. If you need to add a text with the link to the footer, please add the link to the Footer Static Page just as any other element using Bold Page Builder.

If you go to Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer you will notice a Footer Page Setting. This static page (if set) holds the content of the global footer. So you can add the custom text with links using the bold builder’s text (or any other page element) to the bottom of it.
