I’m migrating the site to another domain, but for now I’m on a development basis, but as the license is already linked to the main domain, I can’t update.

Is there any possibility to release to provisional domain or something like that?

Theme elements plugin broke after last update. What to do ?

Hello – I’m interested in your theme though I have two preliminary questions.

1) Of all the demo themes that have a visual focus indicator applied to the main navigation, I only see styling that is rectangular in shape (and black, I think). Can that frame/hover/highlight be other shapes or colors?

2) When it comes to the floating cart preview that appears as a pop-up in the masthead: is there an option to show that as a sticky pop-out as shown on this theme here? https://the7.io/brand-shop/ (click the cart icon top right)

My code is deactivated from a staging website, and I tried to put it on the main domain, and it’s saying it’s deactivated and to buy another one. Its all been on the same staging/main domain, and now I can not use it. I tried to post a ticket, but support expired. I do not feel I should have to purchase support again to figure out why my code does not work now. There are no websites associated with the code in the dashboard. Can you help me with the activation issue pls?

Can it be used for one site or multiple site ?

I need an option that if the site is for salons, hair and the like – an appointment option. so that the client who makes an appointment receives an email that he has made an appointment, and the salon that the treatment is scheduled. It is also possible for the salon to refuse the treatment or for the client to change his mind. I can’t find these options anywhere on your demo, even though the description says it has scheduling.

I de-registered code and activated on the staging. version of the website during a design update in order to be able to use the ready design blocks, after pushing staging version to live, I can no longer register the purchase code on the live version: “This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code”. We always use staging to update our client websites and we have no choice but to activate license to be able to use the ready Elementor design blocks.

Hello I get an error message when importing demos. Your current activated theme in not TheGem main parent theme. Please note, that this import works only with TheGem main parent theme. Please activate TheGem main parent theme before proceeding with import. So how activate TheGem main parent theme?

Hi Codex Themes, asking this on behalf of my client using your theme.

We have everything up to date with the most recent Elementor and Elementor Pro. But we’re getting the spinning on the Elementor panel when trying to edit a page in Elementor.

I have deactivated all plugins and then reactivated them one by one. Found that the problems seem to arise when TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor) plugin is active.

I think that this plugin may need to be looked at / updated if possible to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress/Elementor/Elementor Pro.

Any help would be great.

Hi I bought your theme a while ago I’ve noticed the theme options settings keep resetting. I always have to set them all over again almost bimonthly which is tiresome what could be the issue?
