If you want to make the home page fullwidth only without any gaps on sides then you have to change the layout from Page View Options by editing the homepage as Wide Width.

Unfortunately, we do not have the variation gallery feature in our theme for now, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements,

Hi, Live search based on SKU is working. But, if i put the sku and hit Enter instead of clicking, the results page shows no result. Is there a workaround?

I know what a live search is. But, unfortunately, we cannot control user behavior. If the user chooses to use live search, the theme needs to offer an alternative that shows results when they don’t use live search. With all due respect, to me that sounds like justification for not doing things right. Every ecommerce that offers live search shows results when the enter key is pressed. Even in older versions of the theme it worked like this. I don’t understand why you changed this. Does anyone else agree with me or am I talking nonsense?

By the way, there is a bug on templates builder. It does not show the placeholder image seleced on Woocommerce > Settings > Products > General > Placeholder Image.

Hello, I’m excited to try out this theme though I’m new to shortcodes. I need help and assistance on how to create pages using certain shortcodes, like the porto FAQ. Once I add the porto FAQ on a new page, then what? That’s where im lost LOL. I apologize for being a newbie but I had to ask instead of wasting my time surfing the net and getting nowhere, even Youtube. That Porto FAQ shortcode shows the FAQs you created on your site, If you did not create the FAQs yet on your site, then please navigate to the Porto >> Theme Options >> FAQ and turn it on from there: https://postimg.cc/jD5HsCvM and then you have to create the FAQ’s on your site: https://postimg.cc/gXDyzR9B and like that it will show those FAQ’s on your site where you use the Porto FAQ shortcode.

Please advice

2. How can I add the shortcode in the Theme Options/Layouts/HMML blocks/Content bottom field, but exclude to display on certain pages

Basically, I want to a standard shortcode to display for all newly created pages automatically, but on some I want to use a custom content bottom shortcode which I’ve created.

1. For that extra “] you have to check the block by editing it, it seems to have some issue with that block content or elements OR contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

2. Unfortunately, this is not possible, If you will set the block shortcode in HTML under Theme options >> Layout, it will be global for your complete site on all the pages, If you want to display it on specific pages only, then you have to use the shortcode by editing the specific pages.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

And for the plugin update, Please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there, OR contact us via our support system so that we will help you out with the latest update of the plugin.

Just to let you know about a possible error. Single image widget you cannot use custom sizing. 100×100 results in an image not showing, just the image title. Version: 6.8.4

Image only shows with thumbnail, medium and large options.

Sorry for the inconvenience but by default WooCommerce does not have that functionality, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements, but at your own risk.

To enable this feature in your WooCommerce shop, you can use a plugin called “WooCommerce Product Add-Ons” or “WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate”. These plugins allow you to create custom fields for your products, including fields for customers to upload their own images.
