Hi, I purchased the theme. I cannot find the lang file for Dutch. It doesnt come with theme? How do i install this?

Hello, we enabled the New Label to be labeled for 30 days. We had some products that where published in 2022 we changed the publish date into 2023 so on those products started to appear the NEW label… But we have another problem here We added new products but that specific products are not new we changed the dates to 2022 but still showing the NEW Label on them… Please explain us why is that happening?

The New Label takes into account the “last update or modification date” of the product. You can disable this label via Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> Product badges. I just recently updated wordpress and theme to latest version. Before update everything was good but my Bad luck that I updated. 1. I updated via Dashboard Issue is When I click on Add new Page or Post it shows Blank. White Screen

Thank You Buddies for Quick reply. Seems like Issue was related to Browser Cache. As I cleared and I can access Add new page now.

Just One more Thing

I have enabled “Enable Single Product Builder” 1. From there I have removed Price. 2. I have even Enabled catalogue Mode.

Still its Showing Price for Products.

Also I havn’t installed any cache plugin. I have tried incognito mode as well

Then too Its not updating..

Any suggestion as it has become difficult to edit and modify the site this way..

No doubt It’s great theme loaded with features but I can’t get come out of this issue.

XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore to be updated up to 9.1 version. You can install the updated version of XStore theme: 1) via Dashboard > Updates > click Check again button > update theme 2) via FTP using archive from Downloads 3) via FTP using archive from the full theme package downloaded from ThemeForest 4) via Envato Market WordPress Plugin 5) via Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades WordPress Plugin 6) Don’t Forget To Clear Cache

Does xstore come with any plugins that support product addons, or do you have a plugin that you recommend for product addons that xstore is known to be compatible with?

Thank you for your interest in our theme.

1) There is no problem to create variable products with color/size attributes https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ . This is default option of WooCommerce plugin and our theme supports it.
Also, we have our own variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A

2) There is no option to add custom inputs for the product by default but you can use Product Addons plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-custom-product-addons/ or any other similar and add these custom fields for your products. If you plan to use this plugin go to Theme Options > Single Product > Ajax Add to cart > Off, because as a rule such plugins use POST method to add to cart, and does not work with Ajax.

We have conducted an initial review of the filter you described and have not found it in either the WooCommerce plugin files ( https://prnt.sc/wXiGUx3mvZnv ) or our Theme files, so we don’t know what this filter makes and where it is used.

Secondly, if you have this filter added by your own in child-theme files then you should know that we don’t know where you set it and for which reasons, because it is your customization changes already.

Thirdly, if you found this filter in WooCommerce docs, then you should contact their support directly, because it would be much better to ask them as it is their plugin and they are its developers.

hi,

my support has been expired, so i want to reporting probably a bug.

activating special cart breadcrumb makes an error on woocommerce ajax call update_order_review which is make an extra text which is calling the special-cart-breadcrumb css were the result should be a json.

and no matter I deactivate the special cart breadcrumb, those enqueue special-cart-breadcrumb css still got called from XStore: framework/features/woocommerce/cart-checkout.php on function advanced_layout_scripts.

So I have to disabled this special-cart-breadcrum css from function advanced_layout_scripts manually.

And this extra text calling bug seems only happening when I have activate the WPFunnels and a shipping calculation plugin EPEKEN all together.

P.S I have install the latest XStore
