In this case, we really recommend our customers to keep using the latest version of JNews. If you do have a custom change, please put your custom code to the JNews child theme. I am just a few days outside of support period. Can you please assist? Also, Social Counter Widget does not display all social accounts I have inserted even though I have added ore than one.
Any plans for allowing video on home page to play direclty?, like 9gag etc. I can’t purchase this theme to replace Bimber without this feature.

Once I activate “JNews – Essential” and “JNews – Frontend Submit” plugins (or only one of them), all other user roles will see an empty Media Library. Only Administrator can see media, please how to fix this?

I updated the theme and all of a sudden my site is in dark mode even if it is in ‘Normal’ in the settings. There is no difference when I switch between Normal and Dark. How do I return the site to normal/light mode? elevatingsound.com

There are several factors that can influence whether an update will be successful or not, for example server conguration, php version, wordpress version, third party wordpress plugins that may causing conflict and anything else. therefore we recommend to make a backup first before updating. as long as the environment is appropriate there will be no problem updating from JNews version 8 to the latest version of JNews
