Hello.. I am waiting bug fix to import Shop Demo 40 (Grocery 2).. I need this fix for my ecommerce site project. Can u give me any time interval for this bug fix update. Like in 1 week or 2 week. It’s important for me.
Please check your support system.. Ticket id is 20599.. When want to import Shop Demo 40 (Grocery 2) its not import like it should be. Demo come with a lot of issue like alignments, sizes etc.

Hi there, it seems a font i want to use which is part of Google fonts which is missing from typography ‘Dongle’. Is there a way to import this perhaps?

To use Custom Google fonts, you would need to download the font files and host them on your own server. Here are the steps you can follow:
Find the font you want to use on the Google Fonts website.
Click on the “Select this font” button, and then click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner of the page.
This will download a ZIP file containing the font files you need.
Upload the font files to your site from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control.
And then you will be able to use that font on your site from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography options.
Tthere is a bug on templates builder. It does not show the placeholder image seleced on Woocommerce > Settings > Products > General > Placeholder Image. All products without featured image is showing uo like this: https://pasteboard.co/Ss1jfe3fj8bf.png

That is not a bug, but if you are creating the product type using Post Type in template builder, then you have to choose “content type” as “product” and “select the product” which you want to show there for testing purpose, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/jCZgV1qd
And when you will apply that layout to your products, it will show the particular products featured images at that place.
This is how it works.
This was what I did. If the product has a featured image defined, it works fine. But when the product does not have a featured image defined, it should display Woocommerce Placeholder image instead, and this is not whats is happening. No it does not, If you did not set/defined the featured image of the product, it does not show the image then on frontend, and this is how it works, If you want to show the placeholder when there is no featured image set, then please request it as a feature on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ so that our dev team will read it and note it down for the future upcoming updates of the theme.
I really believe you are mistaken. This is not a feature. It is a “must to have” behaviour that some lazzy dev forgot to handle. On previous versions of Porto this was working just fine. I belive that you are just much proud to recognize this mistake. All other themes handle it just fine, including riode theme that is made by you. I am to much disapointed right now. I invite other users to test it and post here your comments. Thankyou for nothing.

If you want that banner to modify, then please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and edit the “Category Banner” block, modify the content as per your requirements.

Not off-canvas but you can show the cart in the widget sidebar, You should have to use the default WordPress widget Cart in the sidebar and it will work for you, please refer to the screenshots listed below:
