I have bought this theme – Aztec – for my online course membership site, and so far I am loving it. The only side of it that I would like to improve is: to make it possible for members to see only those courses they have enrolled in on the first membership page they land on after login. In terms of dynamically pulling data like you are asking, that is not a built-in option. To do that you would need to make a custom homepage template to with a custom query. Depending on how many plans/courses, it maybe easy or require additional work. Hello, before buying the Aztec, i need to know if the following procedure is supported: 1. Someone registers in the website, receiving an automated message that registration is awaiting for approval by a moderator 2. An email with the registration arrives in a particular email account (the moderator’s) 3. The moderator completes the registration by approving it, and 4. A message arrives to the email account of the interested party, informing that they have been registered. Thank you

1) Yes you can control the approval process. If you want registration to be approved by a moderator then you can turn that setting on. In terms of emails, the user will not receive an email for this action as it will be noted as needing approval when they register.
2) Yes, the admin will be notified of new users requiring moderation.
3) Yes, the moderator can easily approve users if you have set this up for admin approval.
4) Yes, the user will receive an email letting them know the account is activate.

Yes, you can use any third party player including the Presto Player or S3Player. We have built-in support that allows you to use a different video and audio player. However we do not have any built-in support for any LMS plugins.

Hi,
Is there a way to customise the hover colour to each individual program?
I have programmes with different genres and I would like for the hover colours to reflect the genre colour of that program. Eg, for a it’s a drama show, I want the colour that highlights the box to be orange. for action, I want the colour to be blue.

You can customize this elements color however there is no option to have a custom color per genre. If you wanted to have a custom hover color per genre, that would require adding custom CSS. This wouldn’t be very difficult to add but is not something included with the theme or support.

1. I need to be able to add an image gallery/carousel to the series page because some of the programmes we want to include has trailer and images.

2. For the series/movies thumbnails… is it possible to have the video description outside the box and underneath it, instead of inside it?

1) Yes, you can add additional content beyond just videos. You can easily add image galleries and carousels. In terms of trailers let me know what you are referring to. There is no trailer option as the content is locked when the user does not have access.
2) Yes, there is an optional excerpt field you can use to add text within the series box/underneath the title.

We recommend running the theme on the normal version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.com has a number of drawbacks and costs much more than a regular hosting account. 4. Can advertisements be inserted in the video?
Can you develop these features if the theme template does not provide them?
1) Sorry but there is no option for t his.
2) You can set any content as pay per post including episodes. However there is no option for an episode to be an option as well as the series as another option. It would either be the entire series as a pay per post or episodes one at a time.
3) Yes, you can control how long the user has access to any content. This can be hours, days, months, etc.
4) There is no advertisement support built-in. If you wanted to do this, you would likely want to use a third party player with advertisements built-in like Brightcove player.

I want to use this theme as a members area for Video Lessons Courses. Here are some questions:
1 – Can I sell “series” individually? Example: Series A $19 , Series B $9 and Series C Free
2 -And if it is possible to sell series individually, is there a possibility to natively enable to keep a closed padlock icon for Series that have not yet been purchased and an open padlock for series that the user has already purchased?
3- Is it simple for a common wordpress user to translate this theme into Spanish? How would it be?

Yes, WooCommerce is an optional plugin you can use. We have support built-in for WooCommerce shop and checkout pages. Please note that WooCommerce is not needed for any of the functionality shown in the live preview. All membership functionality is built-in and does not require WooCommerce.

Yes, you can make any modifications after your purchase. In terms of customizing the theme to fit your needs, the page builder Elementor can be used for more areas. There are only a handful of areas that you cannot use the page builder which involve specific areas like the profile and video post header. Aztec is a WordPress theme that works great on any device. This is can be used for creating a stand alone website online. We do not include a iOS or Android app. However you could create one that is based on the site as it is already optimized for mobile devices. Please note that this would be up to you as we do not have mobile app versions.

Yes, this theme would work great for a fitness coach. It will allow you to easily stream online and offer classes in categories.
There is e-commerce built-in so users can sign up and pay online for access. We have a number of payment gateways supported including PayPal.

Can a user leave a review or just a rating (on some scale) under the video? Especially if the video is from YouTube?
And on your demo page (https://aztec.progressionstudios.com/title/it-chapter-2/), we see that when we launch a video from YouTube, the Close and Fullscreen buttons are superimposed on the player. Can this be fixed?
1) Yes, users can leave a rating/review which contains a start rating and text. The users are only allowed to leave one per post that way the rating cannot be manipulated. 2) The video player shown in most examples is our custom player. The controls are superimposed onto the player and there is no option to change that. However you can simply switch to another player if you do not like our lightbox player.
