Hello, when using the “Product AJAX Search” module with “Search in SKU” enabled, the search doesn’t find variable products that have a variation with a SKU matching the search.

Hello, we are having problems with your design, we have a page with multiple languages and the filtering for that language is not working in the function: Woocommerce product filter. Represents features of another language. We also use the Polylang Pro plugin which allows you to use more than one language. However, changes to the URL do not work. All these problems are related to your theme.

How is the Shop attributes populated? I added new attributes but they do not populate on the Shop page. I remove attributes such as the Rating and Warranty and they no longer appear. However, when I add new ones they are not displaying. Where is this set?

Pop Up Banner: I have read numerous comments about how to locate the pop-up banner. I have noted that you posted the path is wp dashboard >> headers >> active desktop header >> wp bakery backend editor >> last element. However I like others can’t seem to locate this element. I have opened all that are available and I can’t locate it. I would appreciate if you could post or email a screenshot.

In regards to the pop-up banner I have located it on my own and it was not located in wp dashboard >> headers >> active desktop header >> wp bakery backend editor >> last element as you have indicated to me or the previous commenters who experienced the same issue. I waited over 48 hours to resolve it through support and have yet to receive a solution even after I provided requested login info. For everyone else searching for a solution of how to edit or disable the pop-up I can tell you that I located it @ wp dashboard >> pages >> home (homepage) >> last element (bottom of page using backend editor. I simply wanted to edit the pop-up banner image and heading title but others will be able to delete the section if they choose. I can verify that the pop-up banner is also located as the last element of all the home pages imported with the demo. I hope this comment helps the numerous purchasers that have repeatedly asked this same support question in the comments section and saves future theme purchasers hours and days waiting for a support solution that should have been published rather than wasting everyone’s time by providing the wrong answer repeatedly in the comments section by the author. If future theme updates do not reflect my solution do not blame me as this info is accurate as of this date 4/11/2023 with the latest download.

The site I am building with this theme is not completely done yet but I did have most things finished. One thing that was definitely complete and ready for my clients to show in a meeting next week was the Slider Revolution on the home page.
I just did the latest WordPress update which caused the Slider Revolution plugin to disappear. It says that I need to reinstall it. I try and then it says it’s already installed. I looked in the Cpanel at the plugin folders. It shows the slider revolution plugin file but it looks empty like the files that were in subfolders appear to be gone.
I need it fixed so I can rebuild the slider.

If you want to use your brands you need to edit megamenu with the wp bakery editor, there you can link your brands
Hi I’m having issues with the mega menu width. It seems the menu gets cut off and when I try to add a new mega menu, the background is transparent rather than white like the other menu options. I’ve checked the other pre-configured mega menu elements but cannot find what the difference is.

update on previous comment: this was no fault of the theme, for others info…
issue in error of icon display etc – was due to version of PHP, which needed to be 8.1 to run theme correctly.
Dear client theme works on all php versions from 7 to 8.1
I found, possibly due to various reasons…it wouldn’t work my end of lower than PHP 8.0, I learned my plesk server could only run up to 7.2, due to being web host edition (that needed upgraded to onyx edition – to support PHP above 7.2). After hosting on a server that did permit newer PHP versions – all was fine and your support throughout troubleshooting this was greatly appreciated, great theme and support, thanks again.

If you look there is the demo header in the mobile version, but we build one specifically for that and they dont appear.

I have installed twice to see if issue was initial install. Seems a great theme, just one issue I am having…
As shown on screenshot links, all icons seem to be missing, there are no additional plugins installed and server side parameters are as per theme requirements.
Have tried pre-set installation and manual as per PDF document included with theme files, still no widget icons throughout theme.
