Hi sir. I need your help, we have a website on the domain: http://vscarbonics.com/, and Dotlife registered theme is installed. A few days ago the website was hacked. We install a backup now the website is live but Purchase Code is not there, therefore some sections are also hidden. when we add the purchase code then we see an error saying that “Purchase code is already registered to the domain: www.vscarbonics.com” If it’s true then why the theme don’t show all the elements and functions? The guy who purchased the theme on our behalf is no longer working for us. Can you help to solve the issue? Can you unlink the code or remove the purchase code then we can add the purchase code again. Or is there something you can help with? If you say then I can share the login of my wordpress so you can check the issue by yourself. Thanks

I have an issue with that which is: it doesn´t upload the booking form on a popup mode (onclick button popup). I was having problems adding a single page demo to my site and I was reading that if the theme demo pages werent available to use. That i would have to reinstall the theme demo
. So I DID! hahaha! its funny because now my site is completely not functional. I would love to know how i could possibly fix the problem. I really love the theme but i have been struggling with adding a single page demo.
Also, I don’t think I’m interested in extending my support because when I had it, I must admit though, prior support experiences have been somewhat lacklustre for me. There was no shortage on describing my needs with text, diagrams and arrows yet very little progress seemed to follow thereafter
Perhaps someone could assist me?
