I have to contact you here as the support system will not let me contact you there due to expired support, if this was a support issue i would have been happy to renew.

We have been using the theme on the website www.crowncouture.co.uk , and have just been working on it locally to update to the latest version of the theme to allow for testing and not breaking the live site.

However upon trying to update the live site we can no longer activate the theme on the live domain because we had to activate it on our local testing domain of localdev, can you please allow us to activate the theme on our main domain www.crowncouture.co.uk.

The theme no showing the latest version updates for Autoptimize and WP Rocket Plugin. which is a vulnerability. Please make upgrade available for these two plugins with your theme upgrade.

also, vertical parallax does not work. If you check your demo https://codex-themes.com/thegem/agency-one-pager/ in the “counters” section. the background doesn’t have any effect.

A long time ago I bought TheGem theme and I’m using it on my website but it’s in need of renewal but when I fill in the activation code (cause it sais it’s no longer valid?) it keeps on marking that I’ve already used too many times this code but it’s only working on my only website.

When filling in the information in the TheGem License Manager, it says ’’Wrong purchase code or username’’ but in my opinion my username is correct and I’m using the code which I can find at downloads.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if I could install the theme to an existing WordPress website. because I tried searching for the plugins but I couldn’t find any.

I am trying to test the updates in a staging sites and as soon as I try to go to the dashboard it gives me a white screen and it says: File (....) thegem-blocks-elementor/data/content.xml does not exist. Why is that? I would like to test the major Gem and Elementor update first!

In the backend widgets when i click to select an icon from any of the elements, it just does nothing. no window pop up ect.

Deactivated all plugins, updated theme, nothing worked yet. I click on select icon and get nothing. I also ensure the site would allow pop ups in my chrome settings.

Hello, to meet accessibility requirements, ran WAVE test and returns ‘Empty link’ on the back to top button ...have looked through the theme so I could add an aria-label but to no avail. Only found ‘scroll-to-top’ in functions.js but that’s it. Much appreciate your help urgently please.

I am not able to add license. No website is using any code or theme, i deleted but still it says activation failed. Please help

My client has the gem theme and it needs updating. However we have done CSS customisation and now it says we should have installed the child theme first. Is there a way to keep the changes we have made, then istall the child theme, then do a parent theme upadate – will we lose any CSS customisation if we doi this?

at the moment some features of the theme are blocked.

Updated the plugins but it still comes like that & when we deactivate TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor) then it works fine
