My website is getting spam registrations a lot and recently a new admin was added and admin email was also changed.
When I click on Login from the frontend, spam links with ads are popping up.
I have deleted the spam Admin account. Also, changed the admin email back to my own. But still this is happening. How can I clean my website and secure it?

Hello, you can update the plugin to the newest version. It’s compatible with the theme so you don’t need to worry about any unexpected problems.
After updating, I encountered an issue where the Elementor plugin could not edit pages. As a result, I had to revert back to version 3.10.1 in order to continue editing.
