I bought this theme 3 months ago. I wanted to create a real estate website that serves all of Türkiye. We have completed the city, district and neighborhood entries of our country. As a result, we entered nearly 60,000 data. The theme is almost inoperable due to slowdown. Page opening speed increased from 40 seconds to 1 minute. The administration panel has become almost inoperable due to slowdown. The support team said they couldn’t fix the problem. He said start the return process from Envato. We could neither get our return fee back nor the problem was solved. If you are going to enter loaded data into the theme, stay away. Tested on 4 different servers with this data density, the result is the same. They do not offer a solution, you give 60$ for nothing. Our 3 months wasted. The only action we do on the theme;

My theme used 2 Options type: PresetOptions and ThemeOptions. - ThemeOptions: settings default value for entire website 2. PresetOptions: if you want one/someone Page look like other(the rest of website) => settings here then apply it to Page you want, they will overriden values from ThemeOptions. 3. In my theme, you can show 30 pages with 30 styles difference each other and the rest are the same style. 4. If you want to use 1 style => go to ThemeOptions setting values there and remove all Presets of all pages. Done.
