We have used these two plugin to add extra tab but its only adding tab title. not adding the tab content. By default its show long description content.

You can use these plugins to add extra tabs to the product page. The theme has no problem with these plugins. There are many people who are using them with the Konte theme. You can try to deactivate other plugins one by one to test.

Hey, When we updated the Konte Addons, html not working on size guide. So if we add any html its not appearing. We have purchased the theme but the support is expired so we can not connect support. But I believe this bugs should be fix its not related to support. Can you fix it please?

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve tested the theme again and the Size Guide was working well. It could be a problem with other plugins on your website. Or you was added not-allowed HTML to the size guide. WordPress doesn’t allow all HTML in the post editor. You can only use some HTML tags for formatting only.

BTW, the latest update was in February. It has been released for about 2 months and we don’t have any problems with it. You may want to test with plugins too. They could be the reason for problems on your website.

Thanks for your response. Can you guess the release date of your new theme? Curious to know and to see it soon. Konte actually could benefit from new updates like “a better Wishlist”-feature because the current one is too simple and doesn’t work with cache (as the cart does). The elementor widget could provide more options and flexibility. Maybe more landing pages etc. etc. But maybe it makes sense if these goes into the new theme first. Keep it up.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the estimated release date yet. However, we’re trying to release it in the next 1 – 2 months.

By default, this theme will recommend the Elementor plugin over the WPBakery Page Builder. However, you can install this plugin manually. We included the plugin in the theme package. It is the file “js_composer.zip” in the Plugins folder.

Hi The mini cart does not refresh when a product is added to the cart, only if you reload the page. Cart page works normaly. I have seen also other threats about this and my support is finished. Any ideas what causes it?

Together with our SEO consultant we have created new taxonomies with Crocoblock. In the product listing pages for each taxonomy we want to modify the filters. We are clear about what has to be done in the widgets but the changes we make do not quite work. What we want to do is customize the filters on each taxonomy. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to customize the filter widget on each taxonomy page. However, you can use a plugin to add widget visibility options to widgets. This will allow you to create multiple widgets and select which one to display on a particular taxonomy page.
For example, you can use the Jetpack to have these visibility options in widgets. You can also check this article for more information.

You can enable the footer widgets in Customize > Footer and add widgets to the footer sidebars. The footer doesn’t provide predefined layouts like the header does, you will need to setup content manually.

Hi! Nice theme! I want to use the new Elementor feature Flexbox to build my own pages. But when it is activated, achieving a full-width container is impossible. By default, js forces full-width, and this option is not enabled when flexbox is activated.
