I want to be certain. I have encountered an issue before with a theme where Featured Images were not possible in Classic Editor (did not try Block Editor) on all post types with that Theme with BuddyPress also enabled. Wasn’t a BuddyPress issue as it worked fine with other themes. So I want to make certain this isn’t an issue with this theme. Have you ever checked?

Good day, I have done enough testing for a client and in my tests, all plugins disabled with the exception of BuddyPress & Classic Editor plugins enabled. It is not possible to set a Featured Image on any post type with Classic Editor, it is only possible with Block Editor. Client does not like the Block Editor.

I am reporting a problem I experienced on Soledad Support System.
PUBLIC TICKET #3352752
A Support Ticket System is supposed to be a place where your customer open tickets on issues and or problems they experience while working on Soledad.
A Ticket system should not be like Facebook or Twitter where people can post their comments on ANY CUSTOMER’S TICKETS.
I don’t mind people VIEWING my public ticket content. But I am very UPSET that CURRENT Soledad public ticket allows anyone to post their stuff on my ticket. This is unheard of on all the themes Ticket Support System I have worked with over the years.

This ENSURES the privacy and sensitive information that customers don’t want to share with anyone and ensure no one can post anything except the support personnel and the customer who open the ticket.

I THINK NO CUSTOMER WANTS TO HAVING TO CLICK ON THE PRIVATE TICKET SWITCH ON EVERY TICKET THEY OPEN.

I use WPML to translate logo and is not working. I have translate media via WPML and is not working. Then I try to create with Header Builder two headers one for greek and one for english language. Everything translated fine except the logo. Is there a bug in the theme?

Hi! I am going to build a bp membership site that can use the many features your theme has. I am curious about a few things:
1: Do the theme and Penci plugins work on a multisite environment?
2: Does your membership plugin allow settings in relation to buddypress options like allowing a member to create a blog, access to this and that with membership a or b? Could you please give an insight on all options?
3: do the Penci plugins for paywall and membership work with woocommerce? Can a membership/post access be bought through woo payment gateways?
4: How well does the theme work with an LMS like Learnpress?
5: Is using Youzify an option?
6: What is and isn’t supported on all of the above?

1/ Yes, it works with WordPress multisites. However, you need one license for each site as each license applies to one independent WordPress setup.
2/ Unfortunately, our theme does not support these features.
3/ Yes, Penci Paywall plugin works with Woocommerce and Woocommerce payment gateways.
4/ The theme works fine with LMS plugins.
5/ We haven’t tested the theme with the Youzify plugin.
6/ I have answered all the questions above.
