hi, ibought your theme and started importing properties – at only 250k it became impossible ti use the site and i have millions of listings! is this theme able to house a realty site or should i go for another solution? and it is not due to hosting as i am using a vps with 82 gb ram and over 8 tb nvme storage with latest php – and yet either i am doing something wrong or the thme is not for a large realty site. please if you can advise me – perhaps i should buy another of your scripts like the resido or houzez theme? thank you

- You should be using PHP 8.0.
- Consider using an SSD-based or NVM disk space that you already have.
- For a large number of properties, consider using a dedicated server or a VPS.
As you have enough resources on your VPS, please monitor the CPU usage because sometimes that can also create issues.

URGENT HELP, CLIENT SITE NOT WORKING
I recently switched to the Real Homes Ultra theme. Most of the site is working fine but I am having issues with the properties and menu.
The properties only show up on the home page but when they are selected, nothing appears and I get a 404 error. Similarly, when I go to edit a property, I can see all the information but if I go to preview, a blank page appears.
How can I fix it, I followed the guide on how to update to ULTRA but I am having lots of issues.

Hi, checking for a future project if it is possible to list a property as sold so it will have a sold sign or tag on it. So people will be able to see the property but not inquire about it. This is so more people will end up listing with the real estate agency as they know they will be able to sell houses.

Hi, would you suggest making 1 site for villa rentals and yacht rentals. Rather than having a separate site for each one of them? I would like to have 1 area where people can login a track everything. What would my limitations be with combining all of this onto 1 site, would I run into some issues?
My questions/ concerns -
- How would the search for work with both yacht and villas. Can I make a custom one for both so villas wont show up when they are on the yacht page and the other way around? - Would it be easy to navigate and and not get confused? - How would it function when the user is logged in? - When someone would search up a specific location or number of rooms. Is there anyway to make sure that only yachts comes up or villas so it isnt put all into one.

It is not possible to use RealHomes for Villa and Yacht Rentals. The reason is the advanced search is programmed to work for 1 custom post type, and you will have 2 different post types to work with.
There may be other unique requirements which may not be covered without some core-level code customizations.

Hi there, Query 1. I wanted to buy this theme but the client was skeptical whether the ( free ) Openstreetmap Maps would gonna look good on this website or not.
So is there any way I can see the integration of Openstreetmap with this theme screenshot etc would gonna work fine for me. We can’t use google map because their api is quite expensive.
Query 2. is google maps integration with theme is free for certain limit ? can I use google maps for free if monthly visits on my website are less than certain limit?
Query 3. I have seen that some theme provides demo admin panel access, to better know the functionalities of theme. Did you provide that too ? Note :- I am not talking about frontend demo preview, I am talking about wordpress admin panel.

2. Google Maps is not free at all. It provides a limited quota for map queries, so you must buy a higher tier of Google Maps to keep using it.

Hi just a quick question about how the accounts work. I am looking to make a 3 websites all of theme will be sup domains offering different rental products such as yachts, villas and catering. Is it possible to link to one account portal so every customer can see what they have save accross the different websites and everything else. I there is some way I could tie all the accounts together that would be amazing. Maybe it could be easier if I use a subdirectory instead? Please let me know thanks
