I have some doubts.

1) You can use the Loco Translate plugin for translating the theme into Portuguese.
2) The event system is handled by the Eventin plugin. This plugin has a feature for refunds. Please see the documentation: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/general-settings-eventin/create-event-tickets-free-paid/#11-toc-title.
3) You can make the event with Elementor. Documentation here: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/event/event-single-page-with-elementor-builder/.
4) If you don’t want to sell your ticket, then you can disable the WooCommerce option from the settings. But there has no option to disable the ticket purchase option for specific events.
5) When a purchaser purchases a ticket, he/she will get an event ticket through email. Also, the admin can manage the event all information through the admin dashboard.
6) Sorry, there has no option to edit the event ticket QR code style. You need to customize the code at your own risk. But in the Eventin pro version, there are 2 tickets with QR code variation. Documentation here: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/event/qr-code/#4-toc-title.

So…responsive doesnt seem to be working correctly (desktop to mobile sizing). Desktop everything displays correctly, however, when shrunk down/on mobile, sections/Elementor element that should stack on top of each other in mobile view only show the first part, not the entire section/Elementor element. Any help?

I have issue, my website where I used the Exhibz theme was infected will malware and some malicious code, I have tried cleaning and everything. I contacted the hosting company and they scanned the whole site and confirmed the injections came from the theme that I should contact the developer. Hi Team, Pre-Sales question. Can I use the multi event theme/template for a section of the website, but use one of the single event templates for the home? Use case: we have one main event, around where the projects revolve around, but we want to allow other partners to add their own initatives as well. The home should be aroud the main event, and “More events/other events” should take you to the multi event side. Any thoughts?

Hi Team, so, I bought the theme, I installed it, I also installed the child theme. So far, so good.
I installed all the plugins and imported the demo content “Main Demo (01-11)”. I want to start configuring it. I have the following questions befoe I start configuring just in case I ruin something or I have to erase/delete after (It happened before with another theme provider):
1) How can I pick one particular demo (Home 10) to set it as a starting point? 2) You told me it was possible to combine two particular demos. How can I add the Home 10 for the Home, but the Demo “Multi Event” for the rest of the site? I want visitors to get the Home 10 in the Home, and to the rest of the website (Multi Event) through a menu item I would like it add, such as “More events” (which would take you to the Multi Event site).

Note for other readers: The installation was straight forward. Only “issue” is that in the new version of wordpress the “Demo Content Install” is not in the main menu, but within the “Tools” item.

You can create an event by those two ways by administrator and also front-end event submission which is user end. By user end you can creates events by two ways one is using dokan maltivendor plugin and other is front end event submission using shortcode. Please check our documentation. 1. 1: for the Front-End management, I will have some events that I want only certain users (that are set as Editors/Authors), to access, so I will have users from different companies, and want them to only access their events, is that possible?
2: Is there a way that attendees could have an account so that they can register faster instead of typing their information each time?
3: Can you download the attendees list as .xlsx?
4: Can my events be only registration without WooCommerce?
5: Can confirmation emails be sent when someone registers?

1) Sorry, there is no option to access permission to certain users for specific events. But you can manage the user role for submitting the events from the frontend. 2) No, you need to insert the attendance information when purchasing the events. Also, if you want, you can add the attendee manually. Documentation here: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/event/adding-attendees-manually/.
3) You can download the attendee list in CSV format. Then you can convert it to .xlsx. Documentation link: https://support.themewinter.com/docs/plugins/plugin-docs/event/event-attendee/#6-toc-title.

Please take a backup before updating the theme for more safety. If you customize anything from the code, it will override through the new version. So, you need to take a backup of the customized file and then after updating the theme replace this file again.
