i want to purchase this theme but one small doubt how to import the demo data because in this document one import demo option is there but install that theme no import option import demo option is working or not

I purchased this theme a week ago, i cant find a way of importing the demo data, I tried 6.0.x and 6.2.x wordpress versions and php versions 7.4 and 8.0, it simply doesnt work. The documentation for the theme suggest that a pop up window would show up to import the demo data but it doesnt work. The import demo data button that should be under themes doesnt exist. Already sent in two tickets and no response.

When will the theme be updated? It was announced for April and I read in the comments that it finally has been released, but when downloading the latest “update” all files are dated back to December 2022, so it looks like it’s the old update from December (which is also what it says in the description?). The update is in my opinion super urgent since some functions seem to stop working for some reason and it show several error messages

I have raised a support ticket since 2 weeks but no response from developer.

I have setup the theme on a server.

I am facing an issue in setting up the logo. Though I have set it correctly from Theme Options> Header>Site Logo it is not appearing on the browser.

Can you please guide me as to the steps to follow if I want to change the logo in future.

I downloaded this theme using my Envato Elements subscription. Sadly, no demo data installation link is present, and the UpQode Google Maps plugin state the API failed, so it will not install. Can you help with this?

Unfortunately the support is really slow and we are waiting for it since 18/04. The installation failed to install demo data and we already miss all our milestones to finish our website due to this.

If you are in a hurry forget this template. It is a pitty because it looks nice. :/ But the support doesn’t work efficiently.

I would like to ask before purchasing, what does the template editing look like? Is it done using Elementor? Do I need the premium editor option to edit it? How does customization look like?

Hello, the UpQode Google Maps plugin is unable to install. Pages are stuck on the preloader, any page I try to open wont go past the preloader. Try reinstalled the entire wordpress site several times still the same problems. It is really disappointing that your theme have so many problems for such price.

When I add “Media Grid” to any page, the social media icons in the upper right corner do not appear at all and disappear. When I delete the photos in Media Grid, the icons come back. Can you suggest an immediate solution?

Hello, the UpQode Google Maps plugin you use in this Theme is currently banned in the Wordpress plugins website. So it cannot be installed with new installations… meaning all the maps on your Prague theme are broken for new installations after the Jan 11th 2023 banning of the maps plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/upqode-google-maps/#description Please update your theme to use another maps plugin so I can download it again.
