Please unzip the package you try to upload to your WordPress site. Inside the folder you find the installable theme package, this is the correct zip package you can upload to your WordPress site.

Another way is to download the installable theme folder directly from the download page of your ThemeForest account. By clicking the “Download” button at the theme and select “Installable WordPress files only” from the submenu. This is the package you can upload directly to your WordPress site.

There are no additional license costs to use the Elementor Page Builder, unless you wish to take advantage of features from its PRO version within the theme. By default, the theme’s header and footer are built using native WordPress widgets rather than Elementor. If you’d like to move the address from the top bar to the footer, you can simply relocate the widget to a different widget area, it’s a quick and easy adjustment by drag and drop.

Je ne parviens pas a importer le thème avec toutes les page comme c’est sur la démo, chez c’est complètement vierge . je voudrais savoir comment le faire pour juste apporter des modification.

1. After uploading the theme you have to install and activate all required and recommended plugins under Appearance -> Install Plugins.

2. After that you can import the demo pages under Appearance -> Import Demo Data.

The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin does not come with the theme unless you manually install it from the WordPress plugin directory. The plugin is not developed or maintained by us.

However, since the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin is available in the official WordPress plugin directory, you can install updates from this plugin at any time by going to the “Plugins” tab on your dashboard.

You don’t have to pay for Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin, it comes bundled with the theme for free.

You can install this plugin, among with all other required and recommended plugins for the theme, under Appearance -> Install Plugins on your dashboard.

The Essential Grid plugin comes bundled with our theme and updates to this plugin are provided within theme updates. By updating the theme first, you can then update Essential Grid under Appearance -> Install Plugins on your WordPress dashboard.

The latest theme update contain the latest version of Essential Grid which is compatible with PHP 8.2

The latest ACF PRO (6.3.1.2) can be downloaded by deleting the current ACF PRO plugin from your website and re-install the plugin under Appearance -> Install Plugins.

The issue is related to your WordPress installation not being configured yet for a HTTPS connection. Therefore the logo will show up as a broken image if you access your website over HTTPS.

For important theme updates we enable the option to let Envato sent out an email to customers of the theme. We, as seller, on this platform don’t have any insights in this so I can’t say what’s going on, unfortunately.

If you want to see a theme update notifications from your WordPress dashboard I recommend to install and configure the Envato Market plugin by following the steps in this article under “Envato Market plugin”.

QreativeShortcodes dont want to activate even if i deactivate everything else to look for incompatibility

Please check if the “The Landscaper Toolkit” plugin is installed on your website. If so, you can safely delete the QreativeShortcodes plugin form your website as that plugin is not used anymore.

Also, please check if you have updated all bundled plugins under Appearance -> Install Plugins (like the Advanced Custom Fields PRO and Essential Grid plugins)

If you still don’t have access to the page builder on the back-end of your pages please install the Classic Editor plugin as that should bring back the page builder mode.

If this all doesn’t work please send us a message through the contact form on our profile page with a login to the WordPress website and we will have a closer look to figure out what’s going on.

For now you’ll have to install the Simple Image Sizes plugin and then you can change the following image sizes under Settings -> Media:

• thelandscaper-featured-large
• thelandscaper-featured-thumb

After doing this you have to re-upload your featured image to the service page so the new image size will be applied, or you can use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to regenerate all image sizes.

The plugins are not abandoned but not updated for a period because there is nothing to update. These are small plugins that will only add one functionality each to WordPress and that’s what they still do, it don’t make sense to update for the sake of updating when the plugin is doing what it should do and everything is properly sanitized and escaped. No new features have to be added to these two plugins.

Fortunately the theme is flexible and you can install different plugin(s) that provide the same functionality if you prefer that.
