Just to let you know that when installing the latest version over a previous installation, there’s an install error: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Please unzip the package you try to upload to your WordPress site. Inside the folder you find the installable theme package, this is the correct zip package you can upload to your WordPress site.
Another way is to download the installable theme folder directly from the download page of your ThemeForest account. By clicking the “Download” button at the theme and select “Installable WordPress files only” from the submenu. This is the package you can upload directly to your WordPress site.

Do you need additional license cost to use the Elementor page builder? How easy is it to change the layout such as moving the address from top bar to below footer?

There are no additional license costs to use the Elementor Page Builder, unless you wish to take advantage of features from its PRO version within the theme. By default, the theme’s header and footer are built using native WordPress widgets rather than Elementor. If you’d like to move the address from the top bar to the footer, you can simply relocate the widget to a different widget area, it’s a quick and easy adjustment by drag and drop.
J’ai acheter le thème hier, sauf que comme j’ai des base en WordPress et quelque notion, j’ai pu installer le thème sauf que cela n’affiche que la page blog quand j’actualise. et le logo ne s’affiche toujours pas malgré tous les réglage et la définition de la taille .

1. After uploading the theme you have to install and activate all required and recommended plugins under Appearance -> Install Plugins.
2. After that you can import the demo pages under Appearance -> Import Demo Data.

The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin does not come with the theme unless you manually install it from the WordPress plugin directory. The plugin is not developed or maintained by us.
However, since the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin is available in the official WordPress plugin directory, you can install updates from this plugin at any time by going to the “Plugins” tab on your dashboard.
I did not realize that I would have to pay for Advanced Custom Fields Pro when I purchased this theme. Will it not run with the free version? I am not opposed to purchasing pro versions of plugins ( I have several), but what do I need that plugin for? filemonger

You don’t have to pay for Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin, it comes bundled with the theme for free.
You can install this plugin, among with all other required and recommended plugins for the theme, under Appearance -> Install Plugins on your dashboard.

The essential grid isn’t compatible with php 8.0 and higher. It keeps breaking the site. Will this be updated soon?

The Essential Grid plugin comes bundled with our theme and updates to this plugin are provided within theme updates. By updating the theme first, you can then update Essential Grid under Appearance -> Install Plugins on your WordPress dashboard.
The latest theme update contain the latest version of Essential Grid which is compatible with PHP 8.2

Hi, When are you going to put out an update for ACF 6.2.9? It has an XSS vulnerability in it. 6.3 which fixes the issue was released 22nd May, so your leaving sites vulnerable for over two weeks. plugin updates should be released at the same time as the original plugin provider to address security issues.

The issue is related to your WordPress installation not being configured yet for a HTTPS connection. Therefore the logo will show up as a broken image if you access your website over HTTPS.

Please check if the “The Landscaper Toolkit” plugin is installed on your website. If so, you can safely delete the QreativeShortcodes plugin form your website as that plugin is not used anymore.
Also, please check if you have updated all bundled plugins under Appearance -> Install Plugins (like the Advanced Custom Fields PRO and Essential Grid plugins)
If you still don’t have access to the page builder on the back-end of your pages please install the Classic Editor plugin as that should bring back the page builder mode.
If this all doesn’t work please send us a message through the contact form on our profile page with a login to the WordPress website and we will have a closer look to figure out what’s going on.

For now you’ll have to install the Simple Image Sizes plugin and then you can change the following image sizes under Settings -> Media:
- thelandscaper-featured-large
- thelandscaper-featured-thumb
After doing this you have to re-upload your featured image to the service page so the new image size will be applied, or you can use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to regenerate all image sizes.

The plugins are not abandoned but not updated for a period because there is nothing to update. These are small plugins that will only add one functionality each to WordPress and that’s what they still do, it don’t make sense to update for the sake of updating when the plugin is doing what it should do and everything is properly sanitized and escaped. No new features have to be added to these two plugins.
Fortunately the theme is flexible and you can install different plugin(s) that provide the same functionality if you prefer that.

Hi, I can see your theme has ACF PRO pre-installed. The problem is I can’t see the ACF menu link in ADMIN area. I’ve tried installing free version of ACF and theres not link to configuration. How do I access ACF pro configuration in your theme? I need to create some extra custom fields. If I disable your theme I can then see the ACF menu link in admin area.

Hi. I have the lightbox working on the gallery but its only showing one image and not others. There is no next or previous arrows on the lightbox – just the close icon. It’s enabled on the Essential grid. Am I missing something?

1. Please make sure to have updated all plugins under the “Plugins” admin tab
2. Update the theme bundled plugins as well under Appearance -> Install Plugins (Advanced Custom Fields PRO, The Landscaper Toolkit and Essential Grid)
3. Make sure to have selected PHP 8.0 or 8.1 (WordPress and some plugins don’t seem to fully function properly yet on PHP 8.2)
