I am unable to edit my website after importing the demo content. It keeps showing blank page, or the page will not load properly and eventually the page shows page unresponsive. I have cleared my cache severally and I keep having the same error. I know my support has expired but the theme should not expire I believe. I suspect the wpBakery Page Builder is part of the problem and needs an update. Kind fix this. Thanks.
If I could the above comment, I would have added this but since I can not, let me also add that this error – /vc_column keeps showing everywhere on the page.

The error you reported and the issue with WPBakery shortcodes appear when the demo import is not completed properly. Please ensure that your system settings match theme requirements and you are using PHP 7.4.
The WPBakery update is not the cause of the issue. However, you can download the latest version of the plugin from the link below and update it manually (https://we.tl/t-3WpNp4lDDz).
If the problem persists with PHP 7.4, please extend your support and we will involve agents to import demo content on your site.

I have reinstalled the site, downgraded the php version to 7.4 and reinstalled the theme yet this problem persists.
I have cleared my cache and refreshed the browser multiple times and yet there is no difference.
Asking me to pay for extended support if the problem persists seems to me like you knew that downgrading to php7.4 would not solve the problem.
I cannot extend the support just to get this issue resolved because the issue is not caused by me and even when I purchased the theme, I did not even use the support service within the six months period.
Annoyingly, documentation is conspicuously omitted from the downloadable files for very strange reasons.
This is a theme with over 3000 customer base and should be constantly updated with the latest wordpress and php versions etc.
By now, you should have elementor version available so as to give people more flexibility and options.

Ok I’m starting to go crazy with how this theme handles color changes.
Me current custom colors are:
Custom Base Color: #ffaab3 Custom Secondary Color: #00456d Custom Third Color: #52b237
What I’m trying to set:
Custom Base Color: #52b237 Custom Secondary Color: #00456d Custom Third Color: #ffaab3
The theme will not swap the Custom base Color and the Custom Third Color. Is there a solution to this problem?
I am able to change the colors in the Customization tab and the changes save but the website will keep using the current colors listed above. I have checked the change on multiple computers.

The module displays the last created products. By default, WordPress sorts posts in reverse chronological order (from newest to oldest), or rather by the date they were published. So, the last created event appears first at the beginning of the page.
Now you can change the order of your product by changing a post’s publish date. It will also change where it appears in the list.

If you have access to multiple ThemeForest accounts, make sure you’re logged into the correct account that you’ve purchased with.
Generating a Personal Token using an account that doesn’t have purchased will render the token invalid when used in the Product Registration field.

We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme are regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

The theme is for the WordPress platform, we do not provide an HTML version of the theme in general. The theme page builder plugin is WP Bakery, you can deactivate and do not use the WP Bakery, but you won’t be able to use the main theme elements without the WP Bakery

Hello. Many people have complained about this error: “Please update MasterStudy LMS Learning Management System PRO!” You promised that once a new version of the theme is released, all the pre-packaged plugins would also be updated. This does not appear to be the case. WP Bakery is still on version 6.6.0 instead of 6.13.0! Master Study Pro is also still on version 3.6.3 instead of “4.0.3!”
When I bought this theme you promised lifetime updates. You are clearly not delivering on this promise for me and I am sure for many other clients.

Hello… now I am getting critical error on the courses page for students. They can’t access their enrolled courses. I have also noticed that there is no update banner for the “master study lms pro” plugin. It is still on versions “4.0.15” yet the latest is “4.1.5.”
