Can I create apartment listings, job listings, and air bnb listings, all on one site?
Hello. Thank you for the comment. We do not have anything for job listings. Not sure what is the difference between apartments listings and airbnb listings to advise. In general the submission form is one form – you control what fields but it is not a different form by category.

Hi, I want to know before purchasing your theme. I will build a website with travel info and then sell ads to hotel, restaurangs, rentals etc for different places. I will not do bookings on the website
1. The owners pay and register and sign in and leave there info, images etc and I want to have yearly renewal of their subscripton which goes out automatically, is this possible?
2. Also what parts is in the wp-admin like pages, posts? I would like to have projects or portfolio (but not only images also text like post funkction) so I can filter them like posts?
3. The search filter can you use that to whatever or int’s only made for bookings? And if you can use it for other things can you do several different once?

I will answer based on what the theme can do
1. To charge users to add properties, you can enable membership based subscription. Theme payments PayPal or Stripe support recurring. User will have to subscribe himself, check the recurring box to have a plan that pays recurrently. As membership option, can create a packages with a specific number of listings allowed, featured listings allowed and duration. Duration can be 1 year
You can disable booking and turn contact for all published litings.
2. The theme is not created for submission of different types, or for hotel style listings. There is one form
3. We do not have projects or portfolio. Regular pages and posts exist.
4. Search finds properties.

Please, add classes to HTML making possible get diferent colors for each ical conected. For example, i want to, in the Avaivility calendar Widget, get colored each ical site. Airbnb, Booking, self booking on wp rental, etc

As far as we understand, this suggestion is for the all in one calendar in dashboard, correct? To color differently manual bookings – external bookings and renter made bookings. If possible, to differentiate external bookings by ical source.

Dear devs, your theme seems perfect for my needs (office rental), however from the documentation and the demos I have not yet understood if I can rent a single office by hour and by night on the same interface. I mean:
user is on the page of office X, he wants to rent the office starting at 9am of tomorrow until 11pm of 5 June. Is that possible? For now what I have seen is just a calendar which makes the user select OR the hour (in a day) or the n. of days, but not both.

Hello. The theme cannot do booking by week or month. You can put a minim number of days for each property. And you can add a different price for booking over 7 nights or 30 nights (you can change these numbers 7 or 30 as well).

Pre-Sales Query: We want a rental booking feature, where I can provide a booking based on date range selected as well as on 2 defined time slots available for each date and both should work in sync with each other.
Example: 1. If for a particular room, someone booked for full day that is between 10:00 am (11th April, 2023) to 10:00 am (13th April, 2023) then he should pay for 2 full days. Cost needs to be defined based on /day charge. Now as he has booked for full day on the 11th april to 13th april, no one else should be able to book for full days for any on these dates. Neither others should be able to do the part booking for the same property for these 2 days.
2. If someone else sees that for a particular day (Say 15th April) there is no booking done, then he should have the option to select full-day booking for that day or part booking for that day. Part booking will be in one of the 2 fixed time range only 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 9:30 am the next day (One should be able to define the price for each slot). But if any one part of the day is booked, others will have the option to then only book the other part of the day and not the full day
