What is going on with the theme? My license will not validate anymore. I own 17 licenses. This has been a great theme to use—but ??? Support is even down.

I quickly checked 1 site—and yes I am validating again. Is this something that you will get in check? I love the theme and have a ton of licenses. It’s always a pit in my stomach when a theme seems to go down.
I’ll be changing host as they really messed it up and I’ve been message them since the 18th and getting no where.. So in the process of restoring from a backup file because they can’t fix it.

What a bummer! Hosting issues are never fun. Glad to hear you didn’t go away though - I have way too many licenses - I might have cried.
Yeah they’ve been horrible since being bought out.. Not going anywhere, just been waiting for them to do something about it and they never did, so had to find a backup from last month to get the support site back up as they were not helpful at all.
The support site is backup now should you need any help you can post there.

my website suffered layout, and form functionality issues. not sure what caused it but i am getting a notification to register the theme. however, when i go to register with provided code, its telling me that the code is invalid. Was this caused by the glitch in theme or something that i am unable to do? please help. i already sent out email to tech support. hopefully it finds itself to the right person.

Yes, I reviewed my site and it the license is valid.
i did see that one things seems to be missing is the 2 color headers have disappeared. I used to have headers with green and black, but now its only one color available. can you advise on how to get that back, please? thanks
It shouldn’t have changed anything did you try clearing browser cache or any caching plugins? If you still have issues post on the Theme’s Support Forum so I can check that out for you.
Hello! When will your hosting be up and running again? Part of the built website has disappeared. I cannot restore or rebuild the video portfolio like in a drone demo. My license key is invalid, although it is correct. I cannot register the theme. Especially the theme was already registered at the beginning. Why do I have to do this again? Thanks for the answers.

The server is down, the website is down, license registration is gone, support forum is down and when it’s up it takes weeks! Think it’s time to look for another theme.

Thanks but I bought a new theme and redid my website. I can’t wait for weeks when I have someone waiting to customise a plugin I need and another company to do marketing with the page afterwards. That makes me look unprofessional in front of them and my customers. I love your template but the support situation / response time are not working for me, sorry.
Are you still offering active support? It seems like weeks or months go by without any response from the author in the support forum for this theme.

I had to change my hosting provider and change the domain too. Now I’m trying to install the theme but I can’t register it. It says “License already registered”. Is there a way for me to reset this? I tried creating a ticket but I never received a response.
Can I combine sections and block in any way to create pages?
You can layout/move most the elements where ever you want.
I have some questions: -Is it possible to replace the big hero image with a full width video? -Can I change the color scheme of the theme and pages? -can you embed YouTube videos and text paragraphs in the some of the blocks like the gallery?

1- Yes you can have video background 2- Yes you can change color scheme. 3- Yes you can add Youtube video embeds, outside the portfolio grid they’d just be normal Youtube embeds.

You can have as many pages as you want, they are just presented as one pagers for the most part to show the ajax loading features like blog, portfolio, etc.
I’ll be getting some more demos up soon, so will make sure to get more multi pager demos added.
