Our recommended solution for multi-language is still WPML. We had a few clients using Polylang over the years and they were able to integrate it to some extent, but unfortunately we can not give you details about the issues you might encounter. We did a few tests ourselves, but with older versions and not extensive enough to guarantee compatibility. All the best.

I’m reporting a mobile issue with the Hotel Leisure WordPress Theme.
Issue (mobile only):
On Android (Chrome), the image gallery does not display next/previous arrows and swipe gestures don’t work, so users cannot navigate between images. On desktop, navigation works normally.

No, we are not aware of such a conflict, the Image Gallery is a default WP Bakery element, not one of our custom ones, and all the images should fit on the screen. If you are asking about navigation inside the lightbox window that can be opened for the image, that is indeed not supported by most mobile browsers. You can use a different element or a different way to open the image for mobile navigation. If this does not help, please send us a screenshot of the issue on support and we will check. All the best.

You are using a very old version of the theme, prior to incompatible API changes and adding the xtender plugin, which came with the version 2.0. The current Leisure version is 2.2.7. You can manually update the theme by downloading the current version from your Theme Forest account or you can set up auto-update with the Envato Market plugin. All the best.

If you updated the theme to the current version and the xtender plugin is activated, you should test if the plugin is functioning correctly or the issue is limited just to the shortcode. You can test this by checking other elements which are added by the xtender plugin, like the Individual Page Settings options panel under each page, sidebars or the custom WP Bakery elements, which appear in a separate tab named xtender. Also, the plugin adds the Developer Tools tab in your Customizer. If these work fine, then the issue is limited to the shortcode.
Your shortcode structure is correct if you add the icon in a regular page content or other section which supports shortcodes. But if you are adding it in the room page at amenities, then you need to use only the icon number, not a shortcode.

Hi, there is no way to install those icons that I used to show with the shortcode [hotel-icon icon=004 size=2x class=color-primary] for example. How do I add this icon now? How do I change all the shortcodes so that they show me the icon instead of this code? With xtender I don’t see how to do it or insert an icon. Thanks

This is most likely the cause of the issue, because xtender plugin can no longer find the theme folder. Please reinstall the theme and keep the default theme folder name and it should work fine. Page gallery is no longer displaying images on the rooms’ pages. It’s only Featured image that’s displaying at the moment. All the room images I tried to upload using the page gallery plugin on the right-side bar did not appear on the edit page, neither did it appear on the rooms’ pages of the main website. How can I fix this?

Since you bought the theme years ago, it is possible you are running an old version of the theme, no longer compatible with current WP or plugin versions. Please check if you are running Leisure 2.2.5 version and if not, please update to the current version. Actually, it is the latest version (2.2.5) that is having this issue, the old version of the theme never had such issue. As you must have noticed, I’ve never asked for support before which means I never had any issue with the old version of the theme. Also, the “Room Reservation” ninja form side bar no longer displays on any of the rooms’ pages but if I switched to the old version, everything displays perfectly there. But I can’t continue to use the old version as some of its plugins are no longer compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
These are the 2 issues: 1. Page gallery no longer displays images 2. Room Reservation ninja form side bar no longer displays on any of the rooms’ pages.

I tried to open a ticket but it took me to a page where I was asked to extend support. Why do I have to pay $45.50 to extend support when it’s obvious there’s a problem with the latest version of the theme? Besides, I’ve never asked for support before, which means I never used my earlier support license. I cannot pay such amount for just these 2 simple issues which I’m sure it’s a problem from your end.

You can update to the version included in your theme version directly in the dashboard. Just delete WP Bakery and the theme will push the auto-install for it. All the best.
Hi, if I uninstall the plugin, two warnings appear in the panel: requires “Visual Composer” plugin to be installed and activated on your site. but by clicking on the “Visual Composer” link I am redirected to the plugin’s codecanyon page. I deactivate the theme and reactivate it, actually download the plugin again but the downloaded version is 13.10.2022 – ver 6.10.0

Hello, As specified in my comment, the field is set as mandatory but evidently allows sending even if not filled in, I agree that the problem is related to the ninja forms plugin but you should at least check before answering.
We did test the current version of Ninja Forms on our platform and mandatory fields seem to work fine. Since you bought the theme several years ago, please make sure you are running the current version of the theme with all the included plugins updated. You can try testing the form with the default WP theme activated, to make sure the issue is not related to Leisure. Also, you can try testing other type of fields, besides date picker, to check if the mandatory check is made for them. All the best.

Your footer seems to work fine, it might happen due to slow loading speed of the browser, since the footer is animated and it loads after all the other animations and content in page. You can prevent this from happening if you deactivate the animation at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > General Options > Disable Theme Animations. All the best.

Please make sure you have this plugin activated and also the Xtender core plugin of the theme, which comes with the custom elements. Good morning, I am interested in buying your theme, but first I have some doubts:
- Can prices be set with discounts for the number of nights? Example of if you book from 8 nights, 20% is discounted.
- Can you set special prices for the season and for exact dates? For example, July and August raise the price of the room. And another example that for a specific holiday put a higher price.
-Can you set a price per day of the week? For example, Saturday is always more expensive than the rest of the days, and Monday is cheaper.
- Can they be put as payment with redsys or paycomet card?
- We don’t want to differentiate between children and adults. Can the option for children be removed?
- We are interested in the guest only paying 50% by card and the rest upon arrival. Is there an option?
-Can the reservation calendar be synchronized with Booking.com?
- Can emails be personalized?
- Can you remove the add ons from the gateway?
- Can extra services be added?

Your questions are related to booking and payments, which our theme does not come with. We use Ninja Forms to send reservations. Although there are a few NF extensions which can help with what you need, we recommend looking for a hotel booking plugin, which you can integrate in the theme. All the best.
