It would be very useful if in the future we could have the ability to create section with 4 columns, as can be done in other themes. Jannah for us is the best there is. But a few more conveniences should be added. It is a matter of good intention of the creator.-
my license stopped working and i cant find anyway to contact the support it sounds as if they stopped the license to make us pay again and again for the support

iam getting a warning that my license is not active and i must buy new license or pay again for the support which is almost the same price as new license so its better to get 2 licenses for 2 domain than paying for the support and thats what you are pushing me to do
the license is not working because of the support while i did aready paid for lifetime update and i still cant even use the license on any website so what i call this now ??!! for me its only cheating method

Activation license doesn’t have anything to do with support, there are more than 15000 websites/licenses out there that are active and they don’t have an active support period.
It seems there is an issue in the connection between your server and our servers to complete the activation process. some hosting companies block these connections for security reasons.
It needs to be investigated on your website and that requires additional information from you, some of which may be private. so send us an email via our profile page and include your site URL with wp-admin access so our developers could investigate.

I have enjoyed using this theme for sometime now. I suggest you add an awards events or awards show demo theme to it just like you have done for sports, hotels, fitness, etc and you will get more clients….

Hello. I updated the theme to 6.2.1 but cannot update plugins. I went to the theme options page and clicked on the “Refresh Cached Data” button (3 times), but it didn’t help. (Download failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received )
Is there any way to download plugins?

This issue has been fixed in the latest TieLabs Instagram Feed plugin, go to Jannah > Install plugins to update the plugin to version 1.1.3
If the update doesn’t appear there Go to Jannah > Theme Options page > and click on the “Refresh Cached Data” button to force a manual connection to our servers to update the cached data.

Hello, I want to migrate a classic php&mysql website to WordPress, as usual, I want to use the Jannah theme in the new one, but I have a problem, I need to create 2 new custom post types for videos and consultation, they will have their own categories, tags, links, and templates, I see that Jannah theme doesn’t support custom post types, is there any way to make the theme fully support and customize them? If I buy the new license, will your support help me do this?

I know that currently, the TieLabs page builder only supports the default core WordPress “Posts” post type, because of that I asked you if there are any methods to make it support that by some modification on child theme to avoid losing changes on any future update!
I have 2 JANNAH licenses but both of them are expired and I don’t have any active support period so I cannot send you a ticket!
So before I buy a new license I prefer to ask you as pre-buy support to tell me only if there is any chance to help me do that after I buy it, if it is possible I will choose the JANNAH theme for my new website, I will buy it and open a new ticket to do that later.

Do not give me the cut and paste about buying support. This is a feature that you promise in all the documentation and sales features. Due to the new Twitter API changes, Arqam does not work properly with the follower count. I look at Arquim as well and even considered buying it, but nothing in the change log says fixed the follower count. Besides, there is no way to enter in manually.
How are we supposed to get the follower count? If we can’t automate it we need to do it manually!

Twitter API is not free anymore, You need to subscribe for $100/m to be able to use it check this for more info https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/essential/basic-info

Can we add an exclusion in the “Delay JavaScript Execution”? Disabling that option makes the pages load poorly slow.

Hello I want to report a problem between the “Minify HTML” option and the correct functioning of the popular plugin “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro”.
In particular, when the option is activated, if a user tries to modify his profile data from the personal area by entering incorrect information (e.g. old password that does not match), the option prevents the plugin show an error message (e.g. the password is incorrect).
Since it is a fairly popular plugin, i would like to know if it is possible to solve this problem, thanks.

Thanks for reporting this issue, we will give it a look, but in general, we can’t make this feature especially compatible with all the plugins out there, disable this option and try to use a dedicated danced plugin to minify HTML.
