Hi, on the third step, confirmation booking, there is no way to continue further, the button is gone, and there is an error in the Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at ?tourmaster-payment:9:9

Is this something known as a bug? can you help with this ?

Just noticed, that the button for users that are not logged in is present but for the ones that are logged in is not present

Please make sure you don’t enable the option: Tour Settings > Payment > Payment Settings > Needs Admin Approval Before Payment and check it again.

How can I remove the Share Tweet Share Pin from the Tour Search Page ? It comes automatically on all the tours. Is there an option to remove it from Tourmaster settings?

Greetings, I’m about to buy your theme.. I would ask:

1) Does the system calculate availability and prices for each day? For example on May 5th I have 6 seats at $7 and on May 7th I have 10 seats at $10. Can I change the prices every day for certain times with different quantities? Example links?

2) You can request the name and surname and age of each participant of each group. For example a group of 10, a single purchase but with 10 names.

3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?

4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?

5) If the tour has a capacity of 20 people both in the 3.00-5.00 pm and 18 people in the 7.00-9.00 pm shift, will the calculation be respected? or is it not considered and book indefinitely?

3. You can check the list of participants info in the backend (admin only).

The payment page has stopped working. It just fades to white and hangs. I the tried to update but it messed the whole website formatting up and buttons disappeared. I rolled back but same issue with payment page.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not?

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

The bookings were working ok but stopped even before the new updates. No new plugins have been added recently. I disabled all plugins apart from those from GoodLayers, cleared the browser cache and my server cache but the error still remains.

I have installed another version which is fully updated but I am experiencing the same issue with bookings. I cleared all caches, etc and it is causing a few formatting issues as well.

What happens is after I chose credit card the booking screen fades out and hangs. The booking goes into the backend but sits as payment pending. I have also disabled my caching plugin in this install.

Not sure why but I didn’t get your email.

However, I just tested this but seems like it doesn’t work. I tried to export and import in another site and Rev Slider blocks the importing(for premium preset). They require both side to register with the license.

So in this case, you may have to purchase the license in order to import their premium stuffs.

Is there any functionality to enable search filter with Month, Duration and Destination only on the specific Tours and not on the entire tour list. So that it displays the filtered results on the same page.

Right now, There is no option to filter the tours of a specific type. It filters all the tours and lands to the filter search results page instead of staying on the same page.

1. We don’t have any document to implement it, because it’s not original features, sorry.

2. If the filter doesn’t work as your requirement, it’s a requirement to customize it from scratch, because the theme works fine with the original features, so we can’t provide any support for the customize request (the request about something doesn’t available in the original features mean customize).

First of all, thank you for your interest :).

Yes, you can switch to the other theme and keep the tour master activated, and use it normally in the other theme, but the style will not be the same with our live demo if you using it in other theme.

If you want to update it, you will need to update it manually by downloading the theme package and getting the tour master plugin file, and then installing the new version through the Plugins menu in the dashboard.

Hello Team, I have over 10 themes and 24 plugins from TF in the last 10 years. I recently purchased a travel theme which might be returned due to poor support. I am concerned about the longevity of a coordinate relationship b/w us as the buyer and you as the owner of the theme. I hate when the theme owners as for support tickets for non-tech questions.. something as small as “where is this located, I could not find in the documentation”?

If I buy this theme, can I expect mature and helping support? Also, please tell me is the theme compatible with Stripe and Razorpay? If not, any dev plans?

1. Yes, we can answer technical questions for example where in the source code located for the specific functions. (ex. when customization needed). However, please note that our support doesn’t include theme customization. That will far beyond our support scope.

2. The built-in feature supports Stripe but not Razorpay. However, the theme also support Woocommerce payment gateways which you can purchase its own plugins if needed : https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways?categoryIds=1023&collections=product&page=1

1. If the number of customers for a booking is “1” then “offline payment” only.

2. If the number of customers is 2 or above then “30% advance” and the rest offline (no receipts needed, they can pay to the tour guide directly)

3. Price will vary for up to 2 customers, 3 to 6 a different price and so on?

4. I read you have plans to include Elementor plugin support, is that in pipeline?

Hello, In this theme, is it possible to make the reviews section appear last for the single tours, on mobile? It is last on desktop, but when we visit the tour page on mobile, the reviews appear before the Price/Booking form. Thanks for your reply / advice.
