The updates don’t show on the front-end, no matter how many times the cache is cleared, css is regenerated, and all those things you wanted me to try. It’s been months and I thought this will be cleared by now. But, after seeing that some others are also having this issue, looks like it’s not really the problem at my end. It’s Elementor cache CSS files for page and if you server has heavily cache setting for CSS files you will need to also clear your browser cache.

orrrr just build a theme that works consistently – this was an issue that came up even when i did have supporrt but it’s back – why?
You can first try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:
1. Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and click the Regenerate Files button.
2. Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button.
3. Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.
This is server related issue, not theme related issue. Thank you.

This theme has a lot of bugs. We are running the latest theme version but updating elementor causes issues with the menu and pages. Other commonly used plugins (like Yoest SEO) can also cause conflicts. I’ll issue a support ticket but just seeing of tohers expiereince the same issues?
Quick update for anyone interested. The reason for the “bugs” was actually quite simple. The theme was still showing registered to our staging server where the site was being developed. Once we moved it live it was showing as a non registered theme. Updating that seems to have taken care of the issues. I thought it was fair to give an update and state it was not a bug issue at all.

Painful that I cannot send a screenshot of my chat here. Your representative didn’t attend and understand my request. Your team was mentioning what I already knew, and when he asked for clarification I dropped a message that took forever to respond to as usual. I will go check the reply now but it is annoying to say I lack basic issues when the only assistance you have made so far was the import theme, and that is a theme related issue. My follow up question about responsiveness is still a theme related issue.
My complain is not even the ability to understand me or fix my issue but the amount of delay use to respond to my ticket. I won’t be here or reiterate severally about delayed response to a point I want a refund if you have served and acknowledge the delay.
