Hi, it seems like with the latest update a lot has changed. As I’m trying to update my site’s elements with latest settings, I see a few things are missing, such as Theme Setting > Styling. I can import a new demo, but won’t that overwrite my entire site? How do I go about changing the look now? Thanks

The theme setting > styling was removed since we moved to fully support Elementor.
However you can always customizse all stylings available in Appearance > Customize.

All new v7 demos are created using Elementor so you can’t use old demo and apply the styling on the new demos. Thank you.

Hello, Why does the mobile menu ( Side Mobile Menu) and ONLY the mobile menu shows suddenly the the annoying Archive and Categorie entries without any way to remove them? Is there a fix for this issue ? Thanks in advance!

Hello! How does this Photography theme compare to your other photography related themes like: *Artale | Wedding Photography WordPress *Grand Photography WordPress *Vega | Photography WordPress *PhotoMe | Photography Portfolio WordPress
This is intended to be the home page for a photographer that is primarily a wedding photographer, but also does other types of photography too. We would like a way for clients to proof photos, as well as their digital album, and provide notes/comments/changes. We’d like to ensure it loads properly on phones and high resolution screens too.
We would also like to ensure that we will be able to get support long into the future too (we understand there may be a cost), even if perhaps there are other newer themes available. We currently use a theme whose author no longer supports our older theme, and offers no migration path to any of their newer themes.

Generally they are different in design and typography elements as you can see from each theme’s demo pages.
For wedding photographer, I would recommend Artale theme. We will continue to provide an update to all our themes as we did for over 10 years so no worry about the updates.
Thanks for the reply! A few other questions as I was reviewing the demo site:
1. Is it possible to approve/reject and see the current state of a photo when we click on zoom mode? I was unable to find a way to do this at https://themes.themegoods.com/photography/demo3/galleries/gallery-proofing/.
2. I assume the number listed on each photo is the file name? If the file name is 16-19 characters, will this be a problem (does not include the extension)?
3. Is there a way for the client to add notes/comments on a specific photo? So if for instance we need to proof a digital album and they would like to suggested changes on a specific page, is there any way to note this in the Photography, Artale or any of your other themes?
4. If I click either Approve or Unapprove on a photo at https://themes.themegoods.com/artale/gallery/proofing-gallery/, it appears to gray out the button and I can then no longer toggle it. How can I/the user toggle this again?

Hello! I’m having issues with the theme at the beggining it was working fine and awesome now all of a sudden i cant see the galleries they dissappeared as well as one page seems screwed. I guess it has to do with 2 plugins that come with the theme that I cannot update: both are the following:
1) Slider Revolution 2) Photography Theme Custom Post Type

I don’t think I need to extend the support ticket for something that was working fine until the update that comes with the theme was disabled.

First you have to register your purchase code in Theme Setting > registration.
Then you will be able to update all premium plugins from Appearance > Install Plugins.
Yes I tried that but the problem lies in that I changed the domain address and when I go to register it it says it is registered to the previous domain
