Hi, I bought the theme one year ago but i’m customizing my website just now. I have no idea how to change the labels “Address” and “Phone” in the off canvas menu, as i’d like to translate them in my language. When in Style->off canvas I can only customize the colors. Can you maybe help? thank you!

Hello. I don’t know why, all the WooCommerce texts, buttons, messages, customer control panel, etc., are not translated into Spanish. I have the latest version of the theme and use Loco Traslate. The template is causing an error when updating to version 3.25.9 of Elementor; after the update, the site stops allowing scrolling.

Hello, I bought the theme and started using it. I have a problem. When I add RS Team Slider to the main page, the information on the screen is incorrect. Hi! There is a problem with changing the text of the button “Get Appointment”. The url changes, but the text doesn’t. How can I change it?
Try to enable global settings from our theme options – Medicum Options -> General Settings -> Enable Global Settings – set to yes. And then try to check – hoping everything will be fine. Thanks
the global settings are already activated – that’s why the url of the actual button is changed but the text is not. There is a bug

I was able to change fonts on Slider revolution but for the rest of theme fonts arent changing despite the selection. pls help
You have to change typography – from our theme options -> Medicum Options -> Typography Tab
For slider revolution for each banner text have options for changing the typography.

Hi! Just bought your theme. I’m trying to import demo content but when then I click on visit site it gives error and white screen. Maybe it’s something about plugins? How can I solve it?
I solved by deactivating two plugins (rs framework and elements) which were probably conflicting with elementor
