Hello,
is it possible to create one time access to all posts that will last for one year, so it is not subscription, but one time purchase that will unlock all posts for one year and remind user to renew?
It can use all gateways that I currently have with Woocommerce?
Does it work with LearnPress, can it lock those posts or maybe lock it with shortcode or some php code?
Also is it possible to make free one time posts (like trials), but user needs to register for free?

for the unlock post jnews paywall work with the gateways that supported by Woocommerce payment, but for the subscription to work with Woocommerce payment you may need to consider to buy woocommerce subscription extention

you are able to set a free post, but non registered user will be able to see it too, unfortunately at this point our paywall don’t have option to show free post only for registered user.

Hello, I purchase the theme in nov 2021. The template is not installed so the key is not used. For a week I have tried to install the template in a development environement under a subdomain no matter what I do I can’t update the template style. Can you tell me what’s going on please ?

Hello, In the system key is activated, when I go to customisation area, and update my css everything is fine, click on publish… then when i return on the homepage no stylesheet is applied. even with all my cache purged. I have tried to switch my server environnement and remove my WP setup twice but I still got the issue. no css style apply(font, background color,...)

And to be honest you answer the question much faster than your support that take many days. When you don’t block licence key to upsell your business, this template is amazing, but your support is really bad…
I got an other issue, template updates are not seen by my WP environment, I didn’t have this problem before, the template didn’t see the last release on the 31st of May. this is why i think that there is maybe an issue with my key on your side…

Hello. I just made my purchase of JNEWS THEME today having watched the review of your product from a guru. But since I purchased, I am having difficulties in installing the theme. I have looked everywhere to send you a private message but I couldn’t get the link. The installation always get stuck at IMPORT GLOBAL STYLE stage. It will not go through. It keeps rolling rolling and rolling for hours. I communicated with my hosting company, they checked their ends and confirmed everything is fine from them and advice me to contact you. I recently purchased and installed the JNews theme from ThemeForest and have been enjoying its features. However, I’ve encountered an issue specifically related to deleting photos from the media library in WordPress, particularly with editor user roles.
The problem I’m facing is that only administrators can remove photos successfully, while editors, despite having the necessary permissions granted, are unable to do so. It’s important for my workflow to allow editors the capability to manage and delete photos from the media library.
I have double-checked and confirmed that I’ve correctly set the appropriate permissions for the editor user role in the WordPress backend. However, when editors attempt to delete a photo, the process doesn’t complete, and the photo remains in the media library.
To troubleshoot this issue, I’ve also tested it with other themes, including default WordPress themes, and editors can successfully delete photos without any problems. This suggests that there might be a compatibility issue specifically with the JNews theme.
I kindly request your assistance and guidance in resolving this matter. It’s crucial for my website to have the ability for editors to delete photos from the media library smoothly. Hello. My support was expired, so I’ve asking here if you can add the plugins inside the zip file, so anyone can download from here (themeforest) or include a direct way to download them. Since the last theme update, I can’t update WPBakery using your plugin system (in jnews dashboard) and still showing me the last version is 6.11.0 and not 6.13.0. I see in your forum, probably LiteSpeed users have some problems installing plugins (I’m using OpenLiteSpeed right now), but I think you need to guaranteed everyone can have what is including inside the package, no matter what web server have. I think you don’t understand the first comment I made. Jnews dashboard it’s not showing to me the latest version of WPBakery for download. No error, no nothing, just not showing the latest version of the plugin. I’m using the latest version of the theme and keep showing me 6.11.0 for “update”. I’m using OpenLiteSpeed WEB SERVER (not only a plugin).

There is a bug on Woocommerce product pages, it happens on your demo too

it looks like coming from image file that used as ads, you can try to check the page on your site that you test on page speed insight and try to remove the ad that using that image file.

Hi Guys! FYI your new theme version has a conflict with Elementor and Playit demo that the Admin Bar doesn’t show up on the front end. Let me know if you want to replicate this issue. I tried with an older version and works.

The problem appears when updating to the new version of your theme. Maybe there’s a conflict there since it doesn’t happen when I have the older version of your theme. I replicated this several times and this happens when I update your theme. It doesn’t happen with a different theme or older version of Jnews.
There’s a conflict between your JNews Meta Header Plugin and Elementor. I debugged it and saw the issue (New version of your Theme)
