Hi. We are avid users of Porto. But this has many more Demos. can you tell me if all the Demos you can download, can be installed as WP Bakery as well? As thoseI found are all Elementor ones.
Looking for a demo that uses Commerce to sell Travel Holiday products… if you can perhaps guide me. Thanks.
Hello, @79design,
Thank you for choosing the Riode theme.
First You have asked if, can you import the Demo using the wp-bakery page builder.
The answer to the question is “Yes”. You can easily import Riode Demos using both page builders(Elementor and wp-bakery). You just need to select the page builder while importing the Demo on your site.
Here you can see the Screenshot: https://postimg.cc/crqTYpkh
Now I would like to tell you that the Riode theme offers a variety of e-commerce demos. You’re welcome to import the demo that best fits your preferences and needs.
For Example, you can check these Demos:

Terrific. I See the screenshot. Thank you. As this maybe used for a Travel website… and those search’filters could work lovely.
Hello, @79design,
Yes, you can easily add search or filter widgets in any section of your website. You can also see this video for better understanding:

Como eu altero o idioma do tema? Não consigo encontrar em nenhum local
Hello, @nalicium,
You should use the WPML plugin for multi language site. The theme is compatible with WPML plugin: https://wpml.org/
For further information: https://d-themes.com/wordpress/riode/documentation/2021/01/28/translation/
OR If you only want to translate and use your site in single language then you can use the Loco translate plugin for it.
Seria apenas para traduzir o tema para portugues, Donald
Eu estou tentando utilizar o Loco, porém, a tradução não sobe para o tema, conseguiria me ajudar a resolver?
Após salvar e sincronizar, o site permanece em inglês
Hello, @nalicium,
Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Riode >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Riode-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Note: 1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.
https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/msginit?utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=wp&utm_source=admin&utm_content=plugin-msginit#order
If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

If the issue still exists then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.
Obrigado pelo suporte, Donald!
Ainda estou com algumas dificuldades…
Quando eu sincronizo o modelo pronto da tradução de 74% para Português Brasil, do plugin Loco, aparece a seguinte mensagem:
OK: Strings up to date with riode.pot
I can’t customize the shop page, blog page, pop ups, mobile menu from the themes customization page. The modules at the side bar are the only things available, some more modules are missing.
https://postimg.cc/SnMshsT3Hello, @tosereojeme,

How can i disabled Newsletter Popup?
Hello, @Hamzayounas007,
We have very clear instructions: To hide the Newsletter Popup for the time being on your Site using your Page Builder. You need to edit your Popup with the Page Builder you are using on your Site > there you’ll see a diamond-shaped icon called Riode Settings, click on that > under that open the Display Condition > under the Display Condition, you can remove the Condition defined and the Popup will be hidden from your Site.

Hello, when the cart.php and mini-cart.php blocks are out of date, is it possible to upgrade woocommerce to version 7.9 and the theme will work properly with the new woocommerce version? Or rather wait for the theme update?
riode/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 7.8.0 is out of date. The base version is 7.9.0, riode/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 7.8.0 is outdated. The base version is 7.9.0,
thanks greetings

Hello, please is this product a lifetime purchase or it requires a yearly renewal?
How much is the license purchase? I will get the “LIFETIME” free update… does that mean i won’t have to subscribe or make renewal annually on the theme?

Hello. The template has a bug, I have disabled all plugins and the cart at the top does not reflect the amount of products at the top of the cart on the right side. The same thing happens to me as to one who has already acquired it below. The demo I installed was “food”. What is the solution to it, I just bought it?

Might be third-party plugins conflicting on your site. To check, please deactivate the third-party plugins and activate them one by one to check that which one is creating the issue.
NOTE: Take a complete backup of your site before doing the above step and check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

I am having difficulty using your slider. Why not add Slider revolution to your theme?
Hello, @mikembon,
We regret to inform you that the Slider Revolution is currently not included in our theme package. However, we appreciate your suggestion and would like to assure you that we value customer feedback. Therefore, we will forward your request as a feature suggestion to our development department for consideration in future updates of the theme.
Thank you for your understanding.
I installed the theme but the checkout page was set to Blog posts.
So I made a new page and entered the code [woocommerce_checkout] and set that page as the checkout page.
The problem is that the text style is completely wrong and hasn’t been imported from Riode, as you can see here: https://ibb.co/wCT61gC
Please let me know how to fix this, thanks.
I managed to fix it by entering the shortcode on it’s own without any style, but as you can see in the screenshot below the texts and fields are not spaced correctly. The round grey circle that has selected “Flat rate” and the “Credit card” is also not centred correctly.
Here is the screenshot: https://ibb.co/MBKFKd7
Please let me know how to fix this, thanks.
Does the system have the option to customize the checkout page? The page that appears after the customer makes their payment, or do I require any extra plugin to make that design adjustment?
Hello, @jsebastian3988,
Do you mean the ThankYou page? Unfortunately there is no such possible option to customize that Thank You page, its the default WooCommerce page and requires extra Customization.
Alternatively you can try with any third party plugin as well which better suits your requirements.
Hi! I’m experiencing problems with the recent versions of the theme, it won’t let me edit any elementor pages. I am stuck on my own site!
I deactivated all plugins one by one, and the problem disappeared when I finally deactivated the theme riode.
Any solution? Thanks!
While testing on a development instance, I noticed that the page layouts you have created are deleted when you disable the theme riode and re-enable it, all layouts in “page=riode_layout_dashboard” are lost.
Is this normal? I consider it a big mistake, now I can’t send from staging to production as the site is all messed up.
This is another problem to the one discussed above.
I can’t edit any elementor page, until I deactivate the riode theme, please this is a serious problem, update urgently!!! thanks.
Hi, you know I don’t have active support, I’m not asking for support either. I am asking you to please update the theme, I did a fresh install from scratch, with just the riode theme and elementor and also the same problem occurs.
Please test and update!
Hi, I must apologize, the hosting company helped me to solve the problem, it had nothing to do with the theme, I got carried away with stress and worry.
Next time I will exhaust all resources before asking for help here.
What is worth checking is why the page layouts are deleted when the theme is deactivated and reactivated… however I will continue to investigate on my side.
A thousand apologies again and thanks.
Hello, @abreocorp,
Thank you for reaching out and providing an update. I appreciate your honesty and understanding regarding the issue you faced. It’s great to hear that the hosting company was able to assist you in resolving the problem, and I’m glad to know that it wasn’t related to the theme.
I completely understand how stress and worry can sometimes cloud our judgment, and it’s commendable that you acknowledge the need to exhaust all resources before seeking help. Taking a proactive approach to troubleshooting can often lead to valuable insights and solutions.
Regarding the page layouts being deleted when the theme is deactivated and reactivated, I understand that it’s a matter worth investigating. Feel free to continue your investigation, and if you come across any information or findings, please don’t hesitate to share them with us. We’re always here to assist you in any way we can.
Once again, thank you for your apologies and understanding. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you.
hello
I dont know why but i cannot buy with paypal. I have this msg : MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS
can you help me with that?
Hello, @yfrederik,
If you’re encountering the “MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS” error when using PayPal as a payment method there could be a few causes for this issue.
1. Ensure that your PayPal account settings in WordPress are properly configured. Make sure you have entered your PayPal API credentials correctly, including the correct API username, password, and signature.
2 Our theme have specific shipping extension settings that need to be configured.
3 Review the settings related to shipping to ensure they are correctly configured. https://postimg.cc/Hjf76rkHMake sure that there are no mandatory shipping address fields that are missing or misconfigured.PayPal only accepts one address and by default the plugin(if you are using) sends the billing address. If you want to send shipping address instead, please enable the Send shipping details to PayPal instead of billing option under settings.
