I have a valid license for the Tour Package – WordPress Travel/Tour Theme. However, I have noticed that you offer a newer theme version on another page: https://themeforest.net/item/travel-tour-travel-tour-management-system-wordpress-theme/19423474I would like to ask if it is possible to switch or upgrade my current theme license to this newer version.

First of all, Thanks for your interest 
It’s a different theme and totally different system. In this case, you need to purchase a new license and start it over again, unfortunately.
I see some user also having similar issue when I read through the comment. If you click contact button on your list of packages first package button will show correct Package Title in contact form popup but rest of the Title in popup form is default instead of package name. Please let me know if there will be update for this.

Yes list like that. I have updated to lastest Version: 2.3.8. Right now I am using default title “Inquire Now” like this in contact form:

I need this plugin to activate the theme and access Theme Options.

Please note that this theme doesn’t come with GoodLayers Core plugin.
GoodLayers Core is in the 3rd gen of our theme which this theme is not.

how can i remove “package-category” from the category url? Or at least is there a way to replace “package-category” with another word? I saw that there are plugins “https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-cpt-base” that only remove “package” from the single package, while I have not found any free plugins to remove “package-category” from the category. Do you have any ideas or suggestions that you can give me?

How do I put the date translation (day, month, year, etc) in the search package? Also, how do I change the date format to d/m/y? I tried changing the options in “DEFAULT DATE FORMAT” in the theme settings, but this change has no effect. Please reply, avoiding putting only links to the theme documentation. Thank you.

The language of the day, month and year texts depends on the language set in WordPress settings.
You should be able to change its format in the Default date format option in the Theme Options Panel. If that’s not working, please create a ticket with your site details so we can take a look.

Unfortunately, even correcting from Wordpress the problem persists. I had to install an additional external plugin (WP Datepicker) to solve the problem. Anyway, thank you for the reply.

I have some problems with LayerSlider. I found this message “Please contact us to ‘contact@goodlayers.com’ along with purchase code to request us to push the slider update to the theme”. I contact you via email, with purchase code, but I had no response. What should I do?
I think I solved…anyway you should update text and video documentation, it’s too old, and sometimes some steps given are not valid for the latest versions of the theme, plugins and Wordpress!

Hello, This is happening because of a twitter ‘bad authentication data’ error in the footer. Have you added your twitter id, key, token and other info? You need that twitter information to show the feeds, Read more about this here: http://goodlayers.ticksy.com/faq/1895
If you don’t need it, you can disable it in the Theme Options Panel ( http://take.ms/t7Awr )

Hi, I’ve noticed a bug/problem with the theme. When you have use the Package item to display packages on a page if you use the Enquiry button on a package when the email comes through it doesn’t have the Package name, it just says default2. However if it is the first package on the page it correctly shows the Package name. Also, if you actually click on the package to go in to the package itself and use the enquiry button there is all works fine and package name is displayed in email. Do you know what the problem is and will it be fixed? Thanks Janak

hey there, my client has a site still running v 2.10 of your theme, which is obviously causing issues with the current version of wordpress. i have recommend they renew support in order to update to the current version. can you tell me if there is a process to follow going from such an out of date version – to current? do we need to take any intermediate steps etc?

This is happening because you have too many items in the main menu. You can either remove some of them or use this custom css to reduce the menu size and the space between them:
