I think my support has expired, I will renew in the morning, however with the new Elementor update today, it breaks the menu and conflicts with Boosted Elements. I have tried this on both my Aztec licences. and the same issue…the Navigation Menu and Sign In buttons do not display. Boosted Elements needs a patch to resolve.
Yes, there is an issue in Elementor 1.16 that was released this morning. This is causing issues with thousands of themes & plugins. Thankfully you can revert back to the prior version easily under Elementor > Tools (Version 3.15.x)
Note: This is an issue due to an Elementor update that likely will be resolved shortly. However we have already created a patch on our end so we don’t have to wait for Elementor. Please check the item changelog later today to see the updates when they are posted.
When you activate the aztec child theme, it adds 2 style.css files to the site’s code. How can I fix this?

i’ve set the ‘episode link’ to ‘link to url’ yet it’s still not opening that episode it’s still playing the video in a lightbox. how to open the new episode?
i’ve set “Link to post” in ‘Adjust default link under Appearance > Customize > Videos > Video Single’
using ‘link to url [new window)’ it opens the initial / same episode and not the episode i clicked.

Yes, there is a built-in “Trial Period” that allows you to offer trail periods. Please note that this would be based on time period and not views. So you could for instance provide access for 1 day and then. set the trial amount to 0 if you wanted this to be free.

Sure, we can confirm we already have support built-in for audio with episodes. To use audio, you would want to link to the post (Appearance > Videos > Video Single > Episode Links). Then you can add the audio within the embedded field.

Hello, I would like to know if the profile of the member can be customized in the theme, for example the profile photo, I took your theme but it is not editable, I did a test and registered but the photo field is not there, is this normal? If not a user when registering can not enter an avatar and serious…. because the photo space is huge and they will wonder where to insert their avatar
I found the option to add the profile picture, but as an administrator for a member you can’t do it yourself?
Yes, you can add an option for a profile via the form builder. The profile image is shown in the live preview. Simply edit the profile form and you can add additional fields like the profile image. Hi i want to buy this theme regular licence to use it for subscription, so users can pay me a monthly fee to watch my videos, but regular license says “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.” Does this mean that i can’t use this regular license for subscpriptions or what?? i’m really confused…
The regular license will cover most uses (https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular). The Regular license is the license you need if you want to use the theme on one website. You can use all the membership/subscription functionality mentioned in the description and shown online via a regular license.

Expired: Don’t worry, your theme will never expire. The message you are referring to is most likely just your hosting provider timing out when uploading the theme files. Make sure you are uploading the file “Aztec-Theme.zip”. If you keep getting the expired message, I recommend increasing your maximum upload size via your hosting OR simply uploading the files via FTP.

Sorry but themes don’t have any analytics built-in. If you wanted this ability then you would need to use a third party plugin. If you use Vimeo or YouTube they will track view data automatically.

If you are embedding videos then you would need to use a third party plugin. I recommend checking wordpress.org or codecanyon.net to find one that fits your needs. We do not have a personal recommendation as there are many great options.
I will ask for more details after I purchase this theme, though, I just would like to make sure that we can integrate the third party API into this theme, to configure the playback calculation code. Can we do that?

What would be the best way to incorporate it into Aztec? • Is there a way to enable/disable subtitles? • I discovered a small bug when navigating via tab (keyboard) on the homepage, which pushes the whole home aside with the carousel. Yes, our theme will work great with Vimeo. We have built-in support for Vimeo including Vimeo PRO. In terms of password protecting, you would instead need to swap the video protection so that the videos will be locked unless displayed on your specific website. This is super easy to do and then the website would handle any password protection/content blocking. I was able to easily navigate left/right via the keyboard. you could turn this off if you did not want keyboard navigation.

Sure, if you wanted to use captions/sub-titles with Vimeo then you would need to use the Embedded Player. The Embedded Vimeo player supports this by default and can be enabled automatically if you wish. Please note our lightbox pop-up player does not support sub-titles.

Can I put third-party links to upload the full movies? For example, extract from repelis cuevana gnula etc… their links and place them instead of the trailer.
Yes, you can host the videos in any location including Amazon S3, etc. I’m not familiar with repels cuevanga but as long as they provide embed code or hosting of video URLs you can use them with our theme. Please note that our player supports .mp4 videos so the video type would need to be .mp4. If you want to use another video type you could simply use a different third party player. There are many options available and they will all work great with our theme.
