Hello, How do i remove the css code that come with theme? I mean i have a lot of css code like: #cz_30609 or id=”cz_20811” location index:66 for example. How do i remove these css code or where can i find these?

Please read this post in our documentation about child theme: https://xtratheme.com/docs/how-to/how-to-installing-child-theme/If you want to change the theme name and our branding, you can use our white label option but if you want to hide the theme you should use a specific plugin that we can not recommend any plugin.

Great! I found another issue with the latest update. The post carousel widget does not filter by category IDs correctly. It only filters correctly on single post pages. On all other page types it ignores the filters.

You can set the logo size for both mobile and tablet the same, but If you want to have two different logo sizes for mobile and tablet you should use custom CSS, please send your request via our support page the technical team will assist you in this case.

The recent update broke my website and all data was lost (data being lost is my fault as I did not keep backup). What is the known issue here? I have the XTRA Theme (4.4.20) installed on WordPress (6.2) and since the last WooCommerce update (7.6.0) there’ve been some bugs. The product images on the shop have been dragged to the description and there is an error on the quantity button above the “Add to cart” button. I’ve tried to submit a ticket on https://codevz.ticksy.com/ but an error message appears telling me the Purchase code doesn’t seem to be in a valid format.
