Question b4 buying 
1 – Can I approve payments automatically, without the need to “confirm” on Admin Panel? e.g. an user bought an ad pack and paid with credit card, the system immediately approves the payment and let’em post an ad.
2 – If i wanna give to my users, for example 5 free Ads PER MONTH, is it possible?

1. We are using WooCommerce for payment, so you can use “Auto Complete WooCommerce Order” Plugin for auto complete order, when order will he confirmed then ads will be live.
2. In the start you can offer X number of free ads after that ads you need to setup these.
A) Set expiry for one month so when that ads will be expiry and deleted then user will have option to post more ads, or
Create a plan for Free Regular ads, and assign that plan to that user or Put Zero price for that plan so users can purchase that ads free of cost.

Hi guys,
I am trying to add my locations but the plugin you noted in support videos is not available through the plugin library and the location section is not appearing under the post section as suggested in the second support video I watched.
I want to add states and towns in Ireland only. Ideally, I would like to use Google maps but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Question please, regarding the custom fields, cant we inherit the custom fields like example “Car” Category there will be fields like Year, fuel type, ... etc. Cant we inherit those fields to the child categories like BMW or Toyota, or should we add each one of them manually?

- You can apply different colors for each category icons which display with ads.
- Featured ads will display at top with a featured tag.
- You can set color for that featured ribbon.
- You can charge for featured ads posting by pricing plans or you can setup Pay per post depends on category.
- You can charge for Bump up ads.

hi when is the next update? one of the security loop holes is that in registration, the password is also sent. the problem is when a user has submitted an incorrect email (and sent to a wrong email address), the unintended receiver can able to login. is there a way to edit the email contents?
User need to provide a valid email. Or just turn off email verification then user will able to set a password on register page. And then after registration user can login.

What you means by redux listing? You want to say when you active Redux plugin then your listing disappear? If correct then please go to
WordPress dashboard -> Classiera Options -> Single Ad -> Submit Ad -> Ads Type—> Turn OFF this option.

1. PAYMENT GATEWAYS: Stripe, Paypal & Authorize.net isn’t available in my region. Does your theme support Flutterwave and Paystack and other woo-commerce payment gateways? If not, what other payment options do I have?
2. LISTING RESHUFFLE EACH TIME THE PAGE LOADS: For the homepage listing, is it possible to always re-shuffle the order they appear (i.e I don’t always want them to appear from the latest to the older listing everytime) each time a user loads the website? I don’t want users to see the same listing order each time they load the page. I want users to see random listings each time they visit. Except for featured listing which will always be visible. If yes, can I also achieve the same on the listings page?
3. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR ACTIONS ON THE WEBSITE: Can users receive notifications (emails or SMS) when relevant events occur on the site? For example: – Welcome message – Ad is pending review – Ad is about to expire – Ad has been declined etc. And notifications also when they receive a message from customers on the website.
4. ADMIN NOTIFICATIONS TO USERS: Can the Admin send information to all users and also to a particular set of users and they get it on their dashboards? Like a general notice or update to sellers on the platform.
5. DIRECT WHATSAPP CHAT TO SELLERS: Also, is there a WhatsApp chat functionality on the single listing page to chat with sellers directly on WhatsApp? Is there also a live chat between buyers and sellers on the website?

- Our pricing plans work with WooCommerce Payment gateway, So you can use any payment method supported by WooCommerce.
- For featured ads we shown ads randomly, For Regular ads section we have option to visit random ads or popular ads, But by default we have shown latest ads, So i you want to change by default to random then sure it will be possible with small modification and we can do this only for you.
- User will receive email notification when ads will be posted or rejected or expired/deleted. Also visitor can contact with author via email or inbox message.
- Admin can contact each user separately.
- We have WhatsAPP chat and inbox message option.

We have 2 type of selection on submit ad.
Drop-down: Its shown all categories and sub categories list.
Categories box : In this design user will see parent categories box and then user will click on that box then user will see sub categories list.
When user will click on sun categories list then another list will appears if you have third level categories.
As per your question you can use this second option.
Settings will be in WordPress dashboard -> Classiera Options -> Single ad—> submit ad.

there is a bug in your latest update. when you upload an image max nummber, the user cannot change or remove the photo anymore. you can replicate it in your demo. the max upload is 2 images. if the user uploaded 2 images, they cannot remove the images anymore or change it. the “remove” button is stack and unclickable.

We have free ad limit, So if you set free ad limit to ZERO, then when user will try to visit submit ad page then there will be no ad from, User first will purchase any plan then user can visit submit ad page.
