hi just installed on WordPress and the theme have nothing no menu no picks no info and there is now to fix anything. it looks good as preview but there is nothing after installing. how can i cancel my order and get the refund or tell me how to fix it

hi. I need to know where i can change the background image in the featured collections area..

there is one more thing.. in shop, contact us, about us, check out and cart, in these pages just below the menu bar we can see an image. how can i change that particular image. I tried to follow the same step as mentioned above but couldn’t. Help me out with this too

I respect the support policy and if I will need any further support with your theme, or with any conflict between the theme and the installation of my WordPress, I will be more than happy to renew.

But I have contacted you because the installer that you provide and the update of a plugin that you also have the license and you provide (as stated on the general policy of ThemeForest / bundled plugins that come with premium themes) were not communicating correctly with your service. It stated that there was a plugin to be updated but no file was found when the call to that service was fired/made.

Thus, I have kindly asked for your assistance in the comments section here.

I have manually updated the plugin and all seems to work correctly.

I would kindly suggest that you keep an eye on any other user flags or messages regarding the error that I am experiencing, and report it as a bug to be fixed.
