I am trying to use the theme on the same domain name (casaflo.com) as before, but after a site reinstall, I am receiving this message:
This purchase code already registered with another domain. Please go to your previous working environment and deactivate the purchase code to use it again.
Unfortunately, the previous WordPress installation is no longer accessible, so I am unable to manually deactivate it from the old environment.
Could you please manually reset or release the activation for my purchase code so I can use it again on my current installation? I can provide additional proof of purchase and domain name if required.

Hi, but if it worked until yesterday why, now, do I have to renew or is it a server problem? if you intend to increase the memory limit (as you suggested to the other user) that is not the correct way, therefore there are probably some bugs that have come out these days. Hello, unfortunately I repeat that the ticket does not allow me to open it, as it tells me that the license has expired. If you send me an email I can send you the FTP and backend data this way. Hello!, the blue tabs on the “Zoacres Property Options” and “Zoacres Page Options” are not working, when i click on them they are not switching.

I have a pre purchase question. I can see that you have the option for people to buy packages through the website.
Am I able to set up what these packages can do? For example can I have 3 packages, package 1 allows adding max 10 properties, package 2 allows adding max 20 properties, package 3 allows adding max 30 properties?
And lastly if I don’t want to take payments online, is there the ability / option to setup the package and then not have the payment option. So, they would sign up as if they had paid but their account would remain disabled until someone goes into the admin and approves their account and then they can carry on as per normal after that?

yes i have updated to the latest version, actually Envato Plugin is activated, to update the theme and plugins automatically, Support says to renew licency, which is not the issue here, because template is not working
